(Alliance News) - FTSE 250 firm Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Ltd on Thursday said it issued GBP271,616 worth of shares to its investment advisor and added that it will pay a third quarter dividend in line with its annual payout target.
Sequoia Economic will issue 235,293 shares to Sequoia Investment Management Co, its investment manager, at about 115.44 pence each, GBP271,616 in total.
The amount, Sequioa Economic said, was its Tuesday closing price minus its third quarter dividend.
Shares in the company were 0.6% higher at 117.73p each in London on late Thursday morning.
The firm will pay a third quarter dividend of 1.5625, flat quarter-on-quarter and in line with its payout target of 6.25p for the year ending March.
