SME Credit Realisation Fund Ltd - credit investment - Sells all of its remaining US loans to an unnamed third-party buyer. Expects to receive proceeds consistent with the GBP2.5 million carrying value of the loans. Notes that the sale is subject to an amortising indemnity provision of around GBP400,000, which will restrict the company's ability to fully distribute the proceeds to shareholders for a period of up to 12 months.
"As part of the managed wind-down of its operations, the company continues to explore opportunities for further sales where appropriate," SME Credit Realisation Fund says.
