DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Scholium Non-Executive, Finance Director Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scholium Group PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Thomas Jennings bought 1.2 million shares at a price of 42 pence per share Monday.

Following this transaction, Jennings holds 2.9 million shares, which represents 21.6% stake in the firm.

The company also said, Finance Director Simon Southwood bought 20,000 shares at 47.925p each, which is his only holding in the company.

Shares in the antiquarian book dealer were up 5.4% at 49.00p Tuesday.
