Pershing Square Holdings Ltd - investment holding company focused on North American companies - Hires Andrew Henton as an independent non-executive director, effective from Wednesday. Henton is chair of Guernsey-domiciled investment firm Boussard & Gavaudan Holding Ltd and is a non-executive director of a number of other private entities. Henton was with Close Brothers Group PLC from 2002 to 2011, leading the creation of Close Private Bank and acting as head of Offshore Businesses.
