Sharon Herbert, spouse of Chair Andrew Herbert, buys 3,000 shares.

Energean Oil & Gas PLC - Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, via OilCo Investments Ltd, buys 67,000 shares at GBP7.407, worth GBP496,269, on Thursday last week. Topouzoglou has bought a total of GBP1.1 million in shares in the past two weeks.

City Pub Group PLC - Executive Chair Clive Watson buys 30,000 at GBP1.90, worth GBP57,000, on Friday. Watson bought the shares from Managing Director Alex Derrick and wife Isabella, after Derrick exercises options for the 30,000 shares. Watson holds 2.7 million shares following the purchase, 4.4% of the total, while Derrick has 431,786 shares, 0.7%.

Proton Motor Systems PLC - SFN Cleantech Investment Ltd, in which Chief Executive Officer Faiz Nahab has a 2% interest, sold 150,000 Proton shares in Frankfurt at EUR0.45 and 25,000 in London at GBP0.38, both on Wednesday last week. SFN then sold 55,000 shares in Frankfurt and 50,000 in London on Thursday at the same prices. SFN now holds 591.6 million shares, 88.24% of the total.
