LONDON (Alliance News) - Oxford BioDynamics PLC on Friday said that the Vulpie Life Sciences Fund, controlled by Non-Executive Director Steven Diggle, purchased nearly GBP37,000 in stock over two transactions on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday, 17,000 shares were bought at 168.5 pence per share. On Thursday, 5,000 shares were acquired for 168.0p each.
Following these transactions, Vulpie Life Sciences now holds 11.6 million shares in total, reflecting a 13% stake in the company.
Shares in the biotechnology company were down 4.8% at 158.00 pence on Friday.
