(Alliance News) - Oxford BioDynamics PLC on Wednesday said an associate company of Non-Executive Director Stephen Diggle bought GBP30,858 worth of shares.
Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, which is controlled by Diggle, purchased 38,963 shares at GBP0.792 in a transaction on Tuesday.
Following the transaction, Vulpes holds 11.9 million shares in Oxford Biodynamics, representing around 13% of the company issued share capital.
Shares in the epigenetic biomarker developer were flat at 84.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
