(Alliance News) - MetalNRG PLC on Monday said Gervaise Heddle, a non-executive director, has resigned from the company with immediate effect.
The investment company's Chief Executive Rolf Gerritsen paid tribute to Heddle, who remains a "substantial shareholder" in the company.
Gerritsen said: "I would like to publicly thank Heddle for all his input and support since I joined the company. His input has been invaluable, and much appreciated. Heddle remains a substantial shareholder in MetalNRG and I know that he will continue to follow us closely, a big thank you from the MetalNRG board.
Heddle is currently the chief executive at London-listed Greatland Gold PLC.
Shares in MetalNRG closed 0.8% lower at 0.25 pence each in London on Monday.
