Hollywood Bowl Group PLC - Hemel Hempstead, England-based ten-pin bowling centre operator - Chief Operating Officer Darryl Lewis sells 180,000 shares priced at GBP3.21 each, worth GBP577,728, in London on Thursday. Lewis is now interested in 235,695 shares, a 0.13% stake.

SigmaRoc PLC - Dublin-based building materials company, which specialises in lime and limestone - Incoming Non-Executive Director Peter Johnson buys 110,062 shares at 64 pence each, worth GBP70,440. Johnson is now interested in 110,062 shares, a 0.01% stake. Johnson's appointment to the board is expected to be from April 13, being the day following its annual general meeting.

Mercia Asset Management PLC - asset manager focused on small and medium-sized enterprises - Non‐Executive Director Ray Chamberlain sells 1.6 million shares priced at 32.50p each, worth GBP508,239, in London on Thursday. Share sold via Forward Nominees Ltd. Chamberlain is now interested in 63.6 million shares, a 14.56% stake.
