Landore Resources Chairman Bill Humphries Switches To Chief Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Landore Resources Ltd on Tuesday said it has reshuffled its management team, with Bill Humphries moving from chairman to chief executive.

Charles Wilkinson will take over as non-executive chairman, but Richard Prickett will remain finance director.

"The board believes that these changes more appropriately reflect Mr Humphries' significant ongoing role in the management of the group's projects, and in particular his extensive knowledge of the Junior Lake project," the company said in a statement.

Shares in Landore were up 3.3% to 1.549 pence on Tuesday.
