LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Friday said non-executive director Simon Bragg bought 78 shares under the company share plan at a price of GBP11.9792 Thursday.
Following this transaction, Bragg holds 2,841 shares.
Shares in the investment trust were down 0.3% at 1,194.90 pence Friday.
