LONDON (Alliance News) - Henderson High Income Trust PLC said Director Zoe King has acquired a small stake in the trust after purchasing 9,000 shares at 172.533 pence per share on Tuesday.
King now holds a 0.008% stake in the trust following the transaction.
Henderson High Income shares closed down 0.4% to 173.05 pence per share on Tuesday.
