LONDON (Alliance News) - Gabelli Value Plus Trust PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Rudolf Bohli will retire from his role on the company's board at the end of the annual general meeting to be held on July 31.
Bohli joined the board in January 2015, the company said. The board thanked him for his "wise counsel, experience and commitment to the company" during the last four years.
Gabelli Value Plus Trust shares were trading 0.3% lower at 124.10 pence each on Friday.
