LONDON (Alliance News) - Gabelli Value Plus+ Trust PLC Friday said Chairman Andrew Bell bought 25,000 shares at a price of 86 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Bell holds 100,000 shares representing 0.09% of the total voting rights.
The stock was down 0.5% at 85.80p Friday.
