Gresham Technologies PLC - London-based software and services company - Reports revenue of GBP12.2 million in six months to June 30, down 2.0% annually from GBP12.4 million. Pretax profit rises to GBP503,000 from GBP169,000 amid an absence of impairment of development costs of GBP647,000. Adds that new business wins were "inevitably slower than planned" due to Covid-19. Names Peter Simmonds as non-executive director and chair designate with effect August 1. Incumbent Chair Ken Archer will continue in the role until October 1. Simmonds is a former chief executive officer of dotDigital Group PLC.
