Goldplat Non-Executive Director Kisbey-Green Replaces Visagie As CEO

LONDON (Alliance News) - Goldplat PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Gerard Kisbey-Green will take over the role of chief executive officer from Ian Visagie, who will remain on the board and in charge of Goldplat's finances.

Kisbey-Green and Visagie both will be executive directors.

"I am delighted to welcome Gerard as the new chief executive of Goldplat. His wide experience in both mining and corporate finance will substantially enhance the skill set of our management team," said Chairman Brian Moritz.

Goldplat shares were up 4.0% to 3.25 pence per share on Wednesday morning.
