(Alliance News) - Empresaria Group PLC said Tuesday Chief Executive Rhona Driggs bought shares in the company.
The recruitment company said in a deal on Monday, Driggs purchased 35,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5 pence per share, totalling GBP18,665.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Driggs holds following the transaction.
At the end of October, Empresaria said it expected adjusted annual profit to drop compared to the year before, as challenges for the staffing group continued to mount.
Empresaria shares closed flat in London at 51.00 pence each on Tuesday.
