IS Solutions Makes Simmonds Deputy Chair, To Take Chair Later In 2015

LONDON (Alliance News) - IT services company IS Solutions PLC on Tuesday said Peter Simmonds has been appointed as its non-executive deputy chairman and will take on the chairmanship of the company later this year.

Barrie Clark, the current chairman, will retire from his role later this year, after which Simmonds will take over. The company did not provide any information on when this would happen.

Simmonds is currently the deputy chief executive of AIM-listed software company DotDigital Group PLC.

Shares in IS Solutions were untraded Tuesday, having last traded at 55.00 pence.
