LONDON (Alliance News) - Clontarf Energy PLC on Tuesday said it has raised GBP500,000 to provide working capital as it finalises the ratification of its Ghana oil agreement.
Clontarf issued 71.4 million shares at 0.7 pence per share.
Shares in the company were untraded on Tuesday at 1.25 pence.

The Group Chief Executive of defence group Chemring has added a batch of shares worth £20,150 to his stake. Michael Flowers, who was appointed to his current role last month, paid 201.50p for each of the 10,000 shares, all of which were acquired in his wife's name. Flowers replaced Mark Papworth
