Armadale Capital PLC - investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa - Starts the formal mining licence application process for its Mahenge graphite project in south-east Tanzania. Mining licence application process commenced on June 16, with the submission to the Department of Energy & Minerals on Tuesday. The mining licence submission includes the company's local content plan, human resources plan, associated mine plans and infrastructure requirements. Project financing discussions with multiple parties remain ongoing and are progressing well, Armadale Capital noted.
