Question?26 Apr 2024 00:09
Before I get to my main question which feedback is most welcome on. Just done a quick review of BB.
Firstly, Amtech, appreciate your wonga comment earlier today, quite amusing and yes have regrets. JP illuminating post and Wasa, respect as always.
MAIN QUESTION - and which nobody has really addressed to date is - I have further monies to invest but why ACP?
I accept we are awaiting further details/prospectus about this potential new investment;
1. But the track record of recent SP performance to date has been very poor to say the least, management communication? and remember all the website comments - have even these basic issues been resolved? Does this inspire confidence?
2. Please correct me if I am wrong, but the recent RNS mentions a date of the 15 May 2024 for the subscription raise, but also mentions (in my own words - DYOR) the initial purchase of 25% needs to be completed by the 31 Dec 2024 and is none binding up to that date ?
3. Hence, with my cynical hat on, could they potentially raise and not proceed with the new venture? The RNS also mentions advancing the Mahenge Graphite Project together with funding ongoing working capital requirements.
4. My personal view (DYOR) - maybe just concentrate on Mahenge and actually demonstrate some shareholder value
5. So my initial gut feeling is no to getting involved in any future raise - until they demonstrate share holder improvement as per point 4 above.
I repeat just personal views and DYOR but comes back to my main question of why invest further monies in ACP?
