The solar farm, also finished, EDM basically strung them along, THERE WILL BE NO SOLAR FARM.

We as shareholders have been lied to and stolen from for years!

I would imagine they ("they" being the company directors) will probably have something working in the background which will pay off handsomely for them.

For us shareholders, nothing, nada, we have been scammed, conned, pick pocketed.

I believe Elizabeth has to set this up for you, after you give her certain info - I think she is only working

a few days a month now.

Not much to say currently, they are trying to restructure loan for funding. The Coal resource is back on the

table now, or so Hanno says. A few interested parties.

Does anyone know if Solgenics is still in business. I have sent numerous emails to Elizabeth Johnson (Investor Relations) requesting an update on operations, but my requests have been ignored. I can only assume she has left the company. Has anyone else heard from the company. Very frustrating.

NCCL did not benefit shareholders, does anyone think taking it private under a new name will do any better?
