The NSTA offered EnergyPathways a licence for gas storage in the East Irish Sea on 1 May 2026.

The licence allows EnergyPathways to progress towards seeking the necessary regulatory approvals required before gas storage operations can commence, including further approvals from the NSTA.

NSTA and the NOMAD would not have allowed EPP to state 'awarded' in multiple RNS if that was not the case... roll on 7am 💪

EnergyPathways (AIM: EPP), the UK energy transition company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnergyPathways Irish Sea Limited, is to be awarded a Gas Storage Licence ("GSL") by the North Sea Transition Authority ("NSTA") in connection with its MESH project ("MESH" or the "MESH Project").

This decision marks a major milestone for the Company's plans to develop the wider MESH Project located in the East Irish Sea and onshore in Barrow-in-Furness. MESH is expected to be Britain's largest integrated energy storage facility.

The GSL to be awarded spans a substantial offshore area that could support the construction of up to 60 large-scale salt storage caverns with potential for multi terawatt-hour scale energy storage, subject to

the necessary consents and financing.

EnergyPathways (AIM: EPP), an energy transition company, has, following its announcement of the £15 million Financing Agreement on 28 April 2026, drawn down a second tranche of £1 million (before costs

and expenses).

Following the award of a gas storage licence by the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), the net proceeds of this drawdown will be deployed to facilitate the next phases of the work commitments agreed with the NSTA for the company's Marram Energy Storage Hub project ("MESH" or the "MESHProject").

Hi All - Usual comments on ‘Going Concern’ but no Audit Report unless I am missing something. A lengthy report for a pre fund raise?

As they are not revenue-generating yet and they are building the UK's largest energy storage facility, I'd expect it to register a slightly higher loss. lol
