So , which Wise Guy decided to ditch a brand name that has existed for over 150 years for the name BMO ? What on earth does that stand for ?

With regards the amount of shares sold and bought do these figures refer to company or investor dealings, thanks for any help as I is a novice at all this

This is indeed a very promising investment trust (just like its sister trust FCPT which I also hold in my ISA and SIPP). I held Isis Property Trust (IPT) which merged with IRP to form FCRE back in 2013 and continue to be pleased with the dividend streams and the capital appreciation of FCRE. IMHO It's a very good trust to hold in an ISA given that the dividends are paid gross (i.e. no 10% dividend tax) since the trust is domiciled in Guernsey.

another great investment trust! remember houses don't go bust. they just go down in price and still pay a dividend. Get in while the price is still low. And if you are apprehensive of interest rates going up, take it from me, they want be going anywhere for the next couple of years for the market cannot take a rise.
