Agreed - and it continues down. Dearth of news is never a good sign. Interesting though that the large holders seem to have almost all increased their holdings this year. At this level, or when it seems to turn, it may even be worth a small top up. IF.......!
We don't get any information - nothing seems to happen? Share price dropped from £3 to 3p. What happened - share price just seems to have died without fuss or explanation! No-one even posts anymore!
Yeah reece fantastic RNS that, meanwhile Sp sub 4p now. Can this sh**e show get any lower. This company board has took my investment from £3 per share to 3p in just two years, fantastic work boys and girls and Xs any jobs going on the board, I'll go.
Muppets the lot of them
Good job I only punted a few 💸
Would have liked a bit more detail but on first reading, sounds good!
Great Rns

I thought it was supposed to be a Q&A? - i think maybe two questions asked that didn’t get answered adequately.
Also to say breakeven by the end of 2024 is what they have always said is a dam right lie, I can quote at least 5 RNS releases that claim breakeven from as early as 2020.
The real question is whether the company is able to generate any commercial (and SP) momentum, like they suggest in the RNS, to make people enact the warrants to continue to fund the company. It seems optimistic to me
Seems the case maplin. The presentation was more of the same, jam tomorrow. And it wears rather thin after all these years. I wasn't inspired by the presentation or the new directors. If Austin really believed in the future, he would buy some shares. He is clearly waiting for the next fundraise before he makes an entry (if at all)
It's pretty clear they will need a fundraise by the end of the year. They didn't convince otherwise.
Worth a watch/listen. Theme very much that we are the right company, with the right technology at the right time. I sensed that they are juggling a lot of balls and they may need to drop a few to target specific areas of strength. Nice to hear they have robust protection of their IP and effective monitoring of patent protection. Can they scale up to meet demand and raise the company profile. Looking at markets in US (California mentioned) and inevitably China!! The tech' is right but can Xeros capitalise on demand. Happy to hold here and maybe snaffle a few more.
He has hasn’t he? Thought he went in Feb.
Maybe an investment strategy there to get your money back, find out what unfortunate company he arrives at next and short your house on it.
The finance director needs to go. They never reply to any questions I've emailed them. I've lost of £85K in this stock alone. On paper with the legislation coming into force it should have been a solid green investment.
The highest paid Director in the year received a total remuneration of £405,000… Say what!!!!!
£405k to produce results like that, Wow.
I've been told that FinnCap issued a note today but it's not on their website. Can anyone confirm, please? Thanks.
Not sure there's much to get excited about there. IFB delays, break even pushed back and questions over whether they will need to raise further funds. It just doesn't seem like they can get market traction for commercialisation. They're really in the last chance saloon and enforced legislation is likely to be the only potential saviour.
A very interesting read. Pleased to see 'commercialisation' mentioned as this has been a long standing criticism of the company (lack of!!).
Non fiction or fiction? 1p fundraise anyone?
I checked half an hour ago and the sp was up 6% so I rather expected some trades to appear. Nothing has and now the sp is back down, so unmoved.
No trades have appeared.
Opposite of a tree-shake?
I sold my holding a few weeks ago. Thought I'd made a mistake when these RNS began, two new agreements. Seems they haven't moved the sp at all.
I still have my warrants for 5p till April 2024 (I think from memory) so if the price does suddenly shoot up I will exercise them. Some reassurance at least that I won't lose out completely on a change in fortune for Xeros.
RNE great, but no financials, progress at least though
RNS in brief: unspecified component manufacture sights deal to commit to nothing, load of other words - and people get excited by this stuff, no wonder AIM directors are making a killing.
I’m glad the markets are starting to wake up to crap like this.
Oh! and those that invested at 5p and obviously did no research, get ready to get your hand in them pockets because there coming for your money soon.
7mil mcap is low if they can make £5 per washing machine sold each year. Could it go higher?
SP back to £3 pluss soon then ???
And how could you possibly know this???
