very hard to know, eh. no crystal ball to hand. important that something like this is only a relatively small percentage of p/folio. i've added another smidge.
I have a love hate relationship with this share / trust. I really want it to work as the concept makes so much sense to me but after nearly 3 years with no return (only losses) it's very difficult to keep positive. This probably is the time to buy but is it more good money after bad.
I read a lot of those comments, I agree a lot of unhappy investors indeed! Discount to NAV is over 8% now surely due a bounce?
Sub 90p - a sad day and volume of sells to buys 3-1. A lot of frustration from holders on the comments section of the Monthly Update (Woodford website) - makes for nasty reading. There will be a point when these become too cheap thou.
Looks like it will hit the sub 90p soon.
out today
not sure what to even write - this is going from bad to worse.
I'm currently down 16% on this! I thought about offloading some at 1 but didn't. Will have to be patient I guess.
Volumes yesterday showed sells out numbering buys buy 10 to 1. Someone is offloading
I've been 'patient' as constantly instructed but after 2.5years this really now can only be described as a dog of a share and I have a large part of my portfolio in here for what I thought would be incremental gains. The NAV is still 99p but where are the returns - nowhere! How very disappointing
Yes! Having parked a lot of money in here as a safe hold, I cracked a bottle of bubbly, as had been suggested on this board, when it got back to its launch price, a bit like crossing the equator! Its a long tome recrossing the equator. You arent the only one thats tired of this!
What on earth is going on with this share ?? 92p is an absolute joke 2.5 years and zero returns from Woodford. How much more 'patience' must we all give to see this perform to a reasonable level?!
swings and roundabouts. positive coverage re oxford nanopore in the papers today, but then tom winnifrith slating that coverage in his 'bearcast'. pays yer money, takes yer choice.
This share continues to disappoint. Is it another Woodford disaster in the offing?.Held it for over 2 years now,and going nowhere.I am running out of patience.
So we're sitting at a 5% discount which is probably reasonable. Where / when will we see the push higher - need some of the biotech top holdings to move ahead I feel
Bad news renewable44. RNS corrected statement in stake holding. See below. I thought he also had seen the light and decided to take profit while its there. Company holds far to many........ Think this will hold back price. CORRECT: WOODFORD INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT TRIMS PURPLEBRICKS STAKE (ALLISS) [ 14 Sep 2017 06:29 ] (Correcting that Woodford reduced its stake by only 0.07 of a percentage point.) LONDON (Alliance News) - Online estate agents Purplebricks Group PLC said Wednesday that Woodford Investment Management Ltd reduced its stake to 26.99% from 27.06%. Woodford now owns 73.41 million Purplebricks shares on behalf of its clients.
ALM - Up another 13% this morning
Thank God for that - I thought Neil was going to let this run and run - take the profit! There will be so many copy-cat companies springing up all over.
Big sale in Purple Bricks. Only hold 8.1million now. Wonder where funds will be reinvested? GLA
Make that 13.77% WPCT NAV bang on 100p
Up >10% today.........which is nice!
Yes you're right - NAV looking healthy and market undervaluing somewhat. Looking to get back in with £5k worth.
