I don’t particularly like when they announce that they received a term sheet for trade finance but not a signed trade finance agreement. Too often seen this and it turns out that the term sheet will only convert to an agreement following completion of various condition, which in the worst case is issuance of equity etc.
I bought 300,000 shares on 05/02/24, and its definitely showing as a RED SELL!?
Why would this be??
Change in the top so soon after meeting, and the promise of regular updates that haven’t materialised, will not deter me. I will hold as I am a believer in this stocks future.
Will hold and have patience with this one. Within 5 years should be about right, but requires patience. GLA
Phoned the CEO seeking an answer to why the promised report on 4Q23 has not appeared. Got an ansaphone. They never respond.
What appears to be hefty purchases today
No report!!!!!!
The stock going up and down at the moment is just the natural ebb and flow of a stock like this.
We need a positive catalyst to get it moving in the right direction
From RNS 29 December:-
· A full Q4/2023 update and outlook will be released in late January 2024.
That looks like 31 January to me!
Similar, I'm 39% down on a £24k investment. Only a few weeks ago I was back at nearly original investment, but it dropped from when it reached nearly 1p a share. My average is 1.23 a share.
Just a case of hoping and waiting.
I’m 80% down on a £5k investment but that’s the nature of this sometimes, could be worse….but not much. I’ll have to hang in for the long game to at
least recover my initial investment and hope that the carbon offset takes off and gives us all an injection of hope! Enjoy your day people !!
Strong nerves and deep pockets!!!
Need strong nerves for this stock. Rollercoaster today. Next week's RNS should be interesting.
We'll be back down to the depths of 0.4 in no time. woeful stock.
This was an interesting piece from the RNS:-
The number of votes validly cast were in respect of 1,323,351,221 shares, representing 35.9% of the 3,685,850,726 ordinary share capital of the Company, being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights at 6.00pm on 28th December 2023.
I deduce from this that about 64.1% of the voting shares are held by the public who do not bother to vote. Possibly holding small packets of shares. It seems unsurprising that the SP is like a yo-yo as there are so many people taking punts on the shares on every piece of news, good or bad.
In my opinion, time for me to top up and look forward to 2024/2025. Buying more, with a view to hold is best.
Still higher highs on the year, hopefully we get a bounce from these levels. It was profit taking on sell the news on shareholders meeting, but 2024 and beyond looks much better than 2023.
My shares have dropped in value by £8,000 in the last few weeks!!!
Gulp!
Well, the share price is defo on the drop!!!
I wonder when the carbon credit work will start to impact this positively!?
Punters galore this week - that's to be expected for this market. The statement due at the end of the month should reveal news on the financial state of the company.
'It'll be 0.38 again in no time!' Where it will still be OVERVALUED!
Yet the SP dips!
Completely agree with you ObiWan14. My limited understanding is that the company is issuing 60,000,000 Ordinary Voting Shares that will go to Rhino Ventures Limited (Miles Pelham) as a commission fee for the 2023 subscription. This has already been announced subject to it passing a Company General Meeting as has the warrants.
Good Luck All. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Checked the rns from last year, this was already agreed and signed of before so old news
There seem to be a never ending stream of warrants and non-voting shares
