So, sorry for being a complete dumb @ss, but I had nearly £30,000 invested in this company and 3,000,000 shares.

What does it mean for these if Woodbois is now private? I assumed I lost all that money.

Is that the case? Or is there hope of hetting some of this back??

Tell us what we need to do.... like spell it out.

Woodbois Ltd shares were suspended from trading on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) exchange in July 2025 due to failure to meet listing requirements. The stock has subsequently been delisted as of 21 November 2025.

Important information for Stocks & Shares ISA holders

As a result of the delisting, the Woodbois Ltd shares do not meet the HMRC rules to be held within an ISA and must therefore be removed from your ISA.

In order to continue to hold these shares on our platform they will need to be moved into a Fund & Share Account.

Very sad to have lost all this money!

Woodbois are BACK, and the sellers of my new house have agreed to reduce the purchase price!! This means my stamp duty is now only £65,500!
