Operational Update
On Tuesday our BoD issued an Operational Update.
Currently we have one shop trading in St Andrews and two new shops will be opening soon, one in Dundee and one in Edinburgh.
When I met the BoD earlier this year, they said that they were optimistic that their own shop would be a template for possible other shops and as this was a new concept in CBD Retailing in the UK the BoD had to “test the market”
As the St Andrews shop is trading well it was only natural that further shops would be considered and to have secured premises for two new shops, I can see a string of Voyager shops over the coming years.
Voyager’s CBD Products are now stocked in over 70 retail stores, and we have recently signed up new partners Loch Leven’s Larder, Glendoick Garden Centre, WCF Pet & Equestrian and Harbro.
When you do the in-depth research that I do you acquire some information that is not commonly known.
Harbro have 21 Country Stores in Scotland and they stock a wide range of pet food. We have previously been informed by our BoD that our Pet Range of products are one of our strongest and on the Harbro website they do a monthly pet offer of about six different products, now when will Voyager’s products be on their monthly offers?
RKB
PS Voyager’s pet range continues to be very popular and to support continued growth in this area the Company recently launched two new hemp seed oil products – a pet shampoo and pet deodorant.
More new products
Voyager have introduced some more new products.
CBD Mints look interesting.
CBD Cooling cream could be a winner.
Hemp dog leads are going well in the St Andrews Shop along with the Hemp yoga mat.

Thanks RKB for forwarding Nicks interview showing his enthusiasm yet again and great to hear many strides being made whether the new shop opening or another great outlet with strong management.
I know investing can backfire at times but strongly feel this will be one that succeeds .

Another good Proactive Interview with Nick.
Our St Andrews shop opened last Saturday.

Voyager Life plc
("Voyager" or the "Company")
Voyager opens its doors to new markets and partnerships
Physical store opening and distribution deal underline progress against growth strategy
Voyager, the health and wellness company established to supply high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp seed oil products, announces the opening of its first retail store in St. Andrews, Scotland.
The Company has also entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with D. Atkinson Herbalist & Clinic in Edinburgh.
The 655sq ft Voyager store, situated on Market Street, a prime shopping location in St. Andrews, will sell a range of CBD and hemp products, many of which will be exclusive to the store. In addition, it also provides high quality takeaway coffees and teas to which customers will have the option to add CBD, a unique feature to the area's businesses. The store opened on Saturday 31 July and, despite wet weather on the opening day, has traded profitably over the weekend.
In conjunction with the store opening, and as previously announced, Voyager has expanded its product range, adding six new CBD products. These are already available for sale in St Andrews and will shortly be added to the Company's sales website www.VoyagerCBD.com. A further seven CBD products are in the final phase of manufacturing and will be released in the coming weeks.
Voyager is experiencing strong retail momentum, having also recently entered into a distribution agreement with D. Atkinson Herbalist & Clinic, Scotland's oldest herbalist, trading as Napiers. It will stock the full range of Voyager CBD and hemp products as part of an exclusive deal that covers Edinburgh for an initial three months.
In line with the positive take up of Voyager products in third party stores, the Company has increased its sales capabilities, hiring additional sales staff and continuing to develop relationships with third party distributors.
Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Voyager, said: "Opening our first physical retail premises in a prime location is an important milestone for the Company. It complements both our existing online sales presence and our growing number of trade accounts, and we are confident our St Andrews operation will serve as a useful blueprint for future moves in this space. Although it is early days, the store traded strongly and profitably from the start, supporting our belief that the UK high streets are under-served by high quality CBD sales outlets.
"As well as the new ability to reach a strong customer base directly through our own store, the new strategic partnership agreed with D. Atkinson Herbalist & Clinic underlines the significant appetite for our products. Our alignment with this well renowned Edinburgh business is a strong endorsement and we are working hard to secure further deals of this type as part of our ambitious growth strate
Interesting development RKB and trust your judgement. Will be watching closely with interest for the future! Looks promising.
Thanks RKB, turnthecorner for sharing your information regarding the investors dinner last night. Sounds as if things are progressing well .

Very constructive meeting in Edinburgh last night with Nick, Eric ,RKB and two other shareholders.
During the tasty meal and a few wines many points were addressed with Nick confidently answering all and one could feel and see Nick and Eric buzzing with the way Voyager is progressing at speed.
RKB as usual delved into figures and future direction and I don’t think I’m talking out of line but all answers were to his liking.
I personally came away feeling more confident with my money invested and depending on future RTNS hopefully showing reasonable progress I would have no problem investing more overtime .
Meeting with BoD
Last evening myself and a good friend from over Hadrian’s Wall met with our BoD (Nick & Eric) along with two other Scottish shareholders.
Before dinner we had an informal chat and then during dinner, we all had opportunities to discuss Voyager Life.
There was nothing discussed that could be interpreted as “Insider Information” but we all asked probing questions and challenged both Nick & Eric.
Various CBD companies were discussed, and Nick gave his view as to the merits of these companies.
I clarified our Targets and Stretched Targets (these were originally on the Seedrs Website in February when there was the first Crowd Funding raise) and probed and challenged certain figures and now I have complete understanding of our Targets.
As our meeting was informal, we all were asking various questions and answers were freely given. If one of us disagreed (in a gentlemanly way) then we discussed that topic some more. Once or twice, I was challenged by another shareholder to substantiate my statement(s)
We discussed our products and our “star products” which are in the pet range, and we discussed our FIRST Shop in St Andrews and how it will be laid-out and how we can attract footfall.
We discussed staff and their responsibilities and how they all contribute to Voyager Life and how Nick inspires them and how they “go the extra mile” not only in the office but also out with the office, all to enable our company to grow.
One shareholder probed Nick on our new Directors and we all contributed to this topic. It was pleasing to know why both our new directors were invited to join our Company. I am really pleased to have both Nikki Cooper & Jill Overland as NED’s they both bring a wealth of experience and I am looking forward to meeting them (hopefully soon, maybe a little party in St Andrews?)

Yes RKB another good update.
And more news to come later this month re the shop opening in St Andrews .
All going well considering we are a new company.

Interview with Proactive Investors
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/954723/voyager-life-says-deal-with-pharmacy-inphaserve-is--very-important-validation-of-product--954723.html
RKB
Voyager Life PLC, the health and wellness company established to supply high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp seed oil products announces that it has been appointed as a preferred supplier to independent pharmacy group Inphaserve.
Inphaserve Independent Pharmacy Buying & Support Group serves the needs of more than 30 independent pharmacists in Scotland and England by negotiating supply contracts on their behalf.
Voyager's products are currently available in over 40 independent retail stores in Scotland and on over 20 third-party websites, including popular online platforms Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
The benefits of the Company's rapidly expanding distribution network are already being seen with sales in June 2021 four times that of May 2021. Voyager's hemp range for pets is proving particularly popular and the Company intends to continue to expand its product lines for this segment over the summer.
The Inphaserve agreement further evidences Voyager's belief that a significant opportunity exists in the CBD sector as a result of the expected growth of the market, as CBD becomes more mainstream and the regulatory environment for CBD products in the UK develops further.
Nick Tulloch, CEO of Voyager, said: "This is an important new deal for Voyager with a partner that immediately recognised the quality of our products. We look forward to working with Inphaserve to distribute our CBD and hemp products across their network.
"Post-IPO, the Company has a cash balance of circa £2 million and is well positioned to build a diverse and robust demand pipeline of sales.
"Forthcoming product releases and the opening of our store in St Andrews this month provides further opportunities for us to continue to increase our sales. Alongside these new products, we will also be updating our branding and upgrading our website in the coming months."
RKB
PS I do not normally post an RNS but as we are on AQUIS our RNS is not visible like on LSE. No doubt there will be eyes & ears, looking & listening to what Nick has to say about our sales as they continue to grow impressively month on month.
Yes that’s a very impressive RNS tbf
Voyager extends sales reach with independent pharmacy group deal
Sales in June 4x higher than May. Exponential growth
Big things coming. £2m cash in bank and Mcap less than £4m at these levels
Strong Buy and very low risk
Very cheap now at these levels having dropped from 58p IPO price simply because its quiet
Those picking up stock here will multibag without to much trouble
42p is barely £4m mcap with £2m cash in bank and a fast growing product range bringing in exponentially growing revenues & profits
Iam looking to invest here after some basic research on the product. Contacted the company yesterday to enquire about wholesale selling. There was a good article in the "courier" yesterday. Don't know if my broker support the trading market. This imo has potential. GL
Information is Key
Frac (note no salutation)
I did not think someone like you would have arrived so soon, but so others are in no doubt, we know you like the Company and it is just that you would like to acquire your shares (doubt you are an actual holder) a little lower.
Frac, you have Posted three posts which can all be “expanded” upon.
A) You say the ambition is below par! Have you spoken to the BoD or read the IPO document or visited our website? If you had then you made an invalid statement.
B) You note our office is in a Business Park. If you had done a little research then you would note most small companies share expensive offices in London, often at their Brokers or Solicitors and they pay London prices. Again, if you had looked at the expenses from inception last November to 31/03/21 you would have seen that the Rent & Office was £1,345. (If you can use a calculator then you could estimate costs for a full year & compare that to London Office Rents)
C) You state funds are going towards the Rent of our CBD shop in St Andrews. But you tag a line that leads to an article that is incredibly positive for Voyager! How many competitor CBD shops are you aware of?
We all know the spread is large on AQUIS and there have only been 4 Trades (all yesterday) But, again, if you had done some proper research, you would have an idea of the shareholder profile.
On the Seedrs Crowd Funding rounds, shareholders who hold for 3 years will get 30% tax relief and (get your calculator again) I will receive £3,450 tax relief so you should be able to work out how much I invested and to make your brain work a little harder than your three de-ramp posts I invested 87% of my funds in the 1st Crowd Funding at 31P and the balance at 58p in the 2nd Crowd Funding.
Now yet again if you had done some proper research then you would know that about 100 people invested £100 or less in the 1st Crowd Funding so there is not going to be many selling due to the prohibitive charges for selling a small number of shares.
Again, with proper research you will know the BoD etc have a tie-in not to divest their shares for a particular period.
Now we only have just over 9 million shares in issue and the larger shareholders will most likely hold for the EIS 30% tax relief so you then have very few who will sell.
Hopefully if you Post again, you will have done your research.
RKB
Nick Tulloch has done very well over at Zoetic which went to £200m mcap. He knows what he is doing. They have £2m cash in bank and have already rolled out over 20 CBD products which are generating revenues and profits. I'm expecting the exponential growth to continue. Aquis exchange will be much more liquid soon with the likes of IG, HL and other retail platforms having online trading
WHAT!!! Funds gone towards 1st years rent in st Andrews shop !!!! Captain Basehart territory : https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/business/business-news/2346004/how-a-perth-man-formed-a-company-now-worth-5m-in-just-eight-months/
Yep has 6 people working from a business centre
Very unlikely , seems the ambition is well below par and funders have caught a whiff
I missed out on the IPO.
And to think I know Bixteth well….
Can anyone point me a company presentation and numbers please?
