A paltry £260 buy and the SP rises 4%?
That's laughable.
See BLVN rtns
Oh he's back. Head for the hills everyone, bad news on the way. Just need Paranoid Bleu to make up the full set.
"2bf. Re PB. Just like Banjo, PB's work is done so no need to post here anymore. Their whole raison d'etre imho was to continually spout sycophantic and positive comments to suck us mugs in and keep us there to the end which is, I fear in sight."
3card, you are an idiot!
and I might consider a punt here.
The best time to buy is when the vitriol is at it's highest, imo.
But it's hard to see any upside, tbh.

Victoria Oil & Gas
("VOG" or the "Company")
Business Update and Chairman Interview
Victoria Oil & Gas Plc, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun S.A. ("GDC"), is the onshore gas producer and distributor with operations located in the port city of Douala, Cameroon, provides an update on its current business, in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus.
Covid-19
There has currently been no significant impact on the Company's operations in Cameroon following the outbreak of the coronavirus. The Company's senior managers remain in country and are operating normally. In light of the fluid nature of the ongoing situation, the management team continues to liaise closely with the relevant Cameroonian authorities to maintain the safety of all employees and ensure all necessary protocols are being followed, including emergency evacuation procedures for in-country staff.
Our staff in London have been asked to work out of home until further notice. VOG continues to maintain a prudent approach to the way it runs the business, with a focus on cost control and cash discipline.
Roger Kennedy, Executive Chairman of Victoria Oil & Gas, commented:
"I would like to thank all of our employees for their flexibility during this challenging period. In uncertain times, the safety of our people is of paramount importance, and the Board and management team will be working tirelessly to ensure their continued welfare.
Whilst there is no current impact on the Company's operations, this is an ever-moving situation, and we will continue to pursue a strategy of strong and responsible fiscal discipline.
We have taken positive steps as a business in the last months. The appointment of Roy Kelly as CEO starts a new chapter for the company and our shareholders. Our objectives remain to optimize operations, execute our business plan and provide shareholders with material upside going forwards."
Chairman interview
Roger Kennedy, Executive Chairman, has conducted an interview with BRR Media on the appointment of Roy Kelly as CEO as well as holding a wider discussion on the business.

Although one would have hoped in better circumstances.
See if Diks licence to practice can get revoked
As volatile as a VOG 5 year plan
Yes the years have rolled by had a hope for my investment here as many did but it seemed when it became a production company the whole thing was going to take off.Maybe things will be better under a new management. We will have to see.As with my health no have had bad few years thanks for asking best regards Frank.
Good to hear from you Mel.
Stay safe.
I have lost a fair amount on VOG but have been out for a good while. I did find the chatrooms quite entertaining and was a believer. I do have to apollogise to those wiser than me.
The spreadsheets and volume sales assurances did seem to point to a time when exploration would be much financed by cash flow. Theoretically that is still the case but I can not see it ever happening. If Cameroon decided it should sell into the International oil and gas markets.... that might one day ensure a route to reliable cash flows.
However that and the mooted power station conversions ........do I believe. No.
Mel
You are so right l have topped up averaged down now all the stocks are tanking.l have been buying since 2003 across the spectrum. All the information is very flawed a customer l had who was more intelligent than me said l don’t buy stocks it’s purely gambling how right she was.The p.b mans posts showed he didn’t own any one stated 23 pence was a good intro he had been out for a while same story at 14 pence l have seen them come and go.l have learnt nothing by my mistakes keep thinking l can beat it.oh well you never know.Lets hope for leaving spike.
We learn by our mistakes. Or do we?
2bf. Re PB. Just like Banjo, PB's work is done so no need to post here anymore. Their whole raison d'etre imho was to continually spout sycophantic and positive comments to suck us mugs in and keep us there to the end which is, I fear in sight.
l have held shares here for many years. The future was always going to be great we had 40 to one consolidation the company was making a profit when it got paid. The sign of a high profile manager like the B.P man we had before either means a turning Point or they depart after about 18 months as they have other commitments which is why they don’t buy shares. My average is 2.25 pence before the consolidation at 40 to one but always have hope.Whats happened to the P b man these days have not seen any posts or did he retire with Mr Foo.This could be a turning point .We could be of to the nearly there Arms again.Good luck to all.
rising?
Cheap t/o on the cards??
Yes, VOG has held up well since end last week, weird, maybe something going on in the background? Just it a shame it got to this price before holding up!
Says it all really.
All my shares heavily down again today except my riskiest and worst performing one ie VOG, which is 10%up
As the film says "it's a mad mad mad mad world "
Oh yes, I forgot about the many dilutions before. I finally bit the bullet and sold these when they were 11 or 12 having bought much much higher than that.
Didn't think it would sink this low although with all that has happened i'm not at all surprised.
It is a disgrace, along with the likes of NCT/MYN and many other AIM shares that seem only to serve the interests of a few people.
Doesn't VOG have some quite valuable assets or did FOO do something with them?
Smokey - It's been a hell of a lot higher than that. I first bought in at the equivalent of £1.60 per share prior to the 40:1, and that was way way below the peak of the SP. In effect the 40:1 consolidation has been completely wiped out. Absolute disgrace.
To think this was 80p at one point. A shyster of a share.
Fully expecting the rise today to disappear shortly after open tomorrow.
Trouble with this stock is that you never know when the next really bad RNS will hit. And it usually relates to something bad that happened quite a while before the RNS.
