Yes, quite laughable.
I won't go as far as Bigsmoke, but it was clearly BS.
That apart, it's amazing that this is actually still seeing rises on ocassions.
WTF?
3p and I'm in, if I can catch it.
That's what they said at both the last 2 AGMs Biggs
Probably because of what you called them, BS.
Don't worry, I think plenty of us read it.
in 2016 the forecast was 100M scuffs by now.
lolololololololololololololololololololol
if we have started drilling Matanda yet, or are we giving it up? Or was that 2019?
has the spent gun been removed yet?
i have FOO and DIK as the MM tags...
how the heck did a post about the £100M+ drill get removed.
are the VOG police trying to whitewash history?
Now quoted 3.91 to sell and 4.73 to buy - a 21% spread.
Why are the marketmakers not providing a proper market in this share?
If anyone has Level2, please list who is meant to be making a market on this, and prices.
Let's at least know who these arses are.
Don't mince your words, BS.
But I suspect you're 100% right.
i was reading the SDX update (i do not hold any) and i quote:
"...From an initial review of the well-test data, it is anticipated that when connected, the well will produce at an optimum stabilised rate of 10-12 mmscf/d which is in line with the nearby Ibn Yunus-1X producing well. The Sobhi well is expected to produce mostly dry gas as opposed to gas and condensate. Sobhi will be subject to a longer rig-less test in the coming weeks which will provide more data to help determine the recoverable volume in the discovery, which at present management estimates to be 24 bcf of recoverable resource. The exact timing of the rig-less test will be dependent on the timing of the mobilisation of equipment which may be impacted by ongoing Covid-19 restrictions in the region. Management expect that the Sobhi well will be tied in during 2021 via a 5.8 kilometre tie-in to the Ibn Yunus-1X location where an existing flow-line connects to the South Disouq Central Processing Facility. On a gross basis, the tie-in cost is estimated at US$3.5 million. The discovery will potentially only require one further development well to be drilled, which will not be necessary for another two to three years. SDX drilled the Sobhi well at a 100% working interest and the total cost of the well, including the cost to complete, is estimated at US$3.7 million."
remember the plan here?
How predictable. SP finishes flat and with no more news until July, the slow drop downwards now inevitable. Cue banjo for a bit of positivity
.............. TRAP
Don't like the sound of a virtual AGM. Sounds to me like making excuses in advance for ducking out of some very searching questions and pressure from irate shareholders. That is over 2 months away and lockdown should gave eased somewhat by then subject to social distancing. Its not as if we would fill a stadium. Most of the people at the agm are lackeys anyway so cut their numbers down.
Anyone any thoughts on the huge drop in condensate sales quarter to quarter?
Also on that, does the monthly amount they are paying cover both arrears and take of pay. Turnover of total $5 million for last quarter suggests not. Haven't crunched the numbers but would have thought this just covered paymfrom industrials.
On the take or pay arrangements, they are in the pay part but if they get back up to date with payments, will we then have to provide them with the gas they are "paying for" in addition to any future normal supplies?
"Not ideal" indeed, but better than nowt and seems has worked in the past, though I do not recall any previous mention. Can't do much about the operational stuff for now, I think even this vague whiff of incoming cash might give us a little lift today, certainly it was my own main concern.
I have to say that RNS sounded more professional and I would say was written and composed by someone different to the last bunch of RNSs .....however this is VOG and we can't get away from that bunch of to55ers...
There looks to be an issue with the data, the 5.3p is from 13th Feb, the issue was there from yesterday.
Why is the price showing 5.3?
Jesus christ some rise --- another 1000% and we back in black ..why the rise , just looked into this basket case , any real report??
is this share still going......................?
Banjo,
Remember you have constantly talked this up while the SP has been massacred.
It's no wonder people complain about your constantly bright outlook.
At the same time also remember I've also supported you, so hopefully my opinion is somewhat balanced.
