Drop in SP today my machine says plus 11%
Well judging by the drop in SP today, the market doesn't seem too impressed. Or is it that the market is devastated that DIK is going?
3card it's a free hit, nothing to lose
a basket case so if it folds he tried his best - if it doesn't he's a hero..
Novek - so why, if he's as good as they say he is, does he want to be associated with this useless rabble. Won't do much to enhance his reputation in this sector.
a good time to update on the numbers - but they chose not too
one last roll of the dice, most of the dead wood now gone so there will be no-one left to blame when the inevitable happens.
unbelieveable.
we are less then where we started.
Roy presently does not hold any interest in the Company's ordinary shares. Under the terms of his Service Agreement he will be provided options to acquire four million shares in the Company with a strike price of 14p in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's Long Term Incentive Programme.
Upon commencement of Roy as the CEO on 23 March 2020, Ahmet Dik will step down as both CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Ahmet will work with the Company during his 12 month notice period to assist Roy and the team with the transition. Under his contracted terms his salary reverts to its original contracted amount during the notice period.
After this year's AGM, expected to be held in June 2020, Roger Kennedy will move from his role as Executive Chairman to a Non-Executive Chairman role.
Ginoir - With there track record you can be forgiven for expecting announcement of a massive mates rates placing which would all but wipe us out.
where are the director buys at these levels, if they really have faith? assuming they are allowed to, they may not be if news is imminent?
VOG holding up better than most today, too (and yes I know this is a gas co. not an oil co., but there is plenty of red on other gas cos. today too) ... Not getting carried away, of course - but maybe, just maybe there are better days ahead..? Just IMHO...
Putin dumps OPEC and starts a trade war with USA shale oil jndustry.
Wonder if he'll buy Westmed off us to top up his fighting reserves.
BTW where's Banjo when you need someone to spread a little positivity?
I'm assuming that with VOG near to collapse, his work on behalf of BOD is done and services no longer required
Yeah, but I'm not getting too excited as, firstly, how much of the o and g sector has fallen 95% in less than 3 years? And secondly, that rise will probably disappear on Monday.
Virtually all the O&G sector are in the red and VOG is up 6.84 %. Lol
and buy VOG. Market cap £8m
That's the way the money goes, pop goes the weasel....

Yeah. It's really comforting to know that for the privilege of seeing the company go backwards and our losing most of our investment, we paid DIK approximately 4 times the Prime Minister's salary last year in salary and benefits.
I've ignored the share options as they are now worthless at 14p and will eventually be replaced by more at 3p.
better not use the work "WELL", Logbaba project could get nervy.,
i remember it well!
Time was we could have bought Bowleven. Ah well
you think BLVN will buy VOG?
Could current small uplift be Bowleven related?
10%+ rise, wahey!
Except if you bought yesterday at 3.6, you could have sold today at er, 3.6.
How misleading is that?
That said, if this continues to fall a bit more, I'll be considering a small punt, just because you never know.
Took a pretty small punt here years ago.....what a dog it turned out to be. Not surprised, AIM is are full of shysters at the helm of companies and this is no different.
