Nobody makes a £1m investment in an Aquis stock without some SERIOUS due diligence and lengthy talks with Richard Pouldon and most likely the very highly respected Vinay Gupta. Vinay would NOT risk his Worldwide reputation.
Yes, I totally believe that private investor David Lenigas might be selling but that's what investors do...BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT RICHARD POULDEN.
Also, it is absurd to think that poster "Blackbag" tells everyone to sell while claiming he still has his 3m shares, hasn't sold any yet and will sell all his 3m in the future !
That is pure insanity. Not even remotely possible.
I've managed to ignore the scarey rumours on this board this morning . . . but I haven't ignored the bitcoin price and it hasn't budged in 7 hours. If it goes up (or down) this afternoon and we go with it, at least it proves that this share price is moved by the price of bitcoin.
Vinay Guptas MATTEREUM is a very genuine and serious company. It will be huge upon its IPO.
Valereum have created a BRIDGE with MATTEREUM, founded by Vinay Gupta, one of the main guys responsible for the launch of Ethereum in 2015.
Make no mistake, Valereum is the REAL deal.
The share price has already risen massively so it is completely normal for large investors to take profits along the way. Just like has happened to every other major company such as Microsoft,Amazon,Google etc, etc.
We are at the beginning of something that is going to be absolutely huge. Some will take profits, which is totally normal, and some will just keep adding. It simply doesn't matter if you believe the company will be massive as I do.
If you are very unhappy. Sell all.
If you are a bit unhappy. Sell some.
If you are happy. Hold.
If you are very happy. Buy more.
Couldn't be easier.
People have been panic selling due to sustained attacks on this board by posters with their own agenda. Oh look the share price is now rising ….what chance blackbox will be back on shortly to try and spook a few more investors?
The number of shares traded today (2.8 mil right now) tops anything in recent months, so at least we know that things are heating up with Valereum.
Templar is right when he points at the strategic shareholders who are putting £1.4m into VLRM of their money. One of the sayings in Stock buying is “ Follow the money “ and it is showing as a hold now, and harvest in the future. No point in putting their money in and selling at less two days later. That’s panic not thoughtful investing. Keep hold of your shares, and ignore the BS. GLLTs
Bitcoin is up, Valereum is up . . . quite often I find that when the Yanks wake up there's more energy and more enthusiasm around: they're willing to put their money out there to make more, while we sit and moan . . .
Another point the Aquis Stock Exchange does not allow shorting of stock, so driving down the SP is not as easy as on other exchanges. This will be responding shortly.
I see it as a "£1M investment" rather than a placing. Semantics
Valereum share price is up 6p on this morning; Bitcoin is up a few hundred: thanks Yanks for your "game on" attitude.
Never thought I would see the day on here when there were more messages on here than on Arb; i always thought high a number of messages (activity) only served to increase volatility.
Fingers crossed though, I do hope the board gets back to and remains respectful.
I am holding relaxed because no need my money now. I can imagine the pressure from 70p buyer now :-)
Might they have already sold a large tranche at above 70p or is that not possible?
If someone invested £1m, and shares jumped to 80p, an investor might be tempted to sell a good portion, watch it drop, then top back up (or not) when it returns to low level in absence of any definitive news ... ?
SP is still above where it was in April, and nothing has really changed since then in terms of concrete fact other than £1m cash in bank.
