...Successfully, and now breaking above the gap. RSI trying to break the 50 level. Looking stronger
Indeed. Plenty of upside from here. Just wish this was my average rather than a beefy 75% in the hole.
.....a lot happier than I did close of play yesterday....My regards to whoever is buying.....An astute move....So good luck
absolutely spot on valju. not been here in a while as bailed about 4.5p with huge losses. thought id pop in and see 2.5p, and the same one poster saying everything's fine, this will explode etc etc. oh, and iceman with yet another profile spouting the same old routine ****** to new investors. suzy should be ashamed of her greedy self. the money she has lost people that believed in her is astronomical. how she sleeps at night is beyond me. i'm sure karma will catch up with the red faced lying witch.
The company needs a CEO that leads from the front at these prices to drive confidence because it is that which is holding us back imo. It is not charity they should be very confident of increasing the share price from these levels given how low the market cap is so would be making substantial profit as news comes out. They need to back themselves and take a small risk but they are getting well paid.
When you thik about the pittance George and Mildred paid her, whilst taking the lions share of £'s for themselves? Now she has had time to readjust everything, I would expect her, to put her money where her mouth is? Otherwise, she will be classed as no different?
In fact any director type should be investing at least 50% of the first years salary, 25% of second and then a regular annual 5-10% thereafter, of shares, to show that they mean willing and want the best for the Co, rather than for themselves? But we all know that aim, creates a lot of "Lifestyle" directors who normally use "other peoples money" ? Just my thoughts, imo
Just remember that when Suzy was CEO many refused to invest because she never held enough. Therefore although Cathy is a great person and a brilliant scientist people will complain she holds zero shares. Just a thought.
These are the "professionals" who administer the drugs.
Suzy seemed to be more confident and relaxed in yesterday's Webinar than I have seen her in any of her previous presentations. Maybe she is in possession of knowledge that we are not yet aware of
I don't think she will be 'leaving' Valirx anytime soon. I would strongly expect her to be employed on a consulting basis for some time after the appointment of the new CEO
"broken" don't bother going anything near it. being a hospital you would think they know there **** from their elbow.
That's exactly what happened last time, went inside to a'brilliant scientist'and look how that has turned out!
Many of us did not agree and wanted it to be opened up to outside but the big holders forced the issue and Suzy got the job.
Only point I don’t agree on with Nick, there isn’t any talent in the company existing for that ceo role. Science and commerciality are two entirely different skill sets.
* They need a CEO with solid commercial acumen to drive commercial deals on a track to viability. They need to find fresh new blood for that role.
* They need a Science Officer to head those areas - kath can pass for that - tick
* They need an FD for strong fiscal control including revised budget and costings get cash burn under control and back to under £350k per quarter. Gerry should have gone long ago having resided over two crashes. We need him replaced pronto.
* We need to replace the chair, Kevin is now so unpopular due to previous contempt for shareholders and smug attitude after placings he needs to go. He is now actively putting investors off investing imo. Adrian could do that role.
* A new BDM and small Sales and marketing team if the lab is to remain with key milestone to break even. Mark has to go, sorry but 15 years and no paid for business, he is the only BDM I have ever come across that can’t win business.
* Selection of NEDs with range of Science backgrounds and connections including Adam need to join the board. Adrian’s original suggestion for the patent guy joining was bloody brilliant but for what ever reason didn’t then follow though.
If Adrian can crack on with the above, present a solid business plan forward for the end of month AGM I think he could raise £1.5m at 1p BUT if he doesn’t address the above and Kevin and Suzy remain after all that has gone on, I think we run risk of this falling into administration, it’s that serious now. Nobody with half a brain cell is going to invest for more of the same.
Seancadman:
" someone from within the company wouldn’t need to take months getting upto speed on Valirx operations."
A couple hours would do it surely!
Finding a new CEO could be a lengthy process especially in this industry.
Nick Slater made a valid point yesterday, he suggested recruiting from within the company, someone from within the company wouldn’t need to take months getting upto speed on Valirx operations.
Worth considering.
I think Suzy is becoming to comfortable again we should look to put her on her notice and if she wants to work it that’s fine, we should then be stepping up the search for her replacement
Oh dear my investment has halved now
Well done with that
Throwing good money after bad IMO. This company is a joke.
AGREED PJ....But I genuinely believe that out BOD representatives are now making a difference....one which will manifest itself when we get the allusive promised news on our core treatment lines.....I'm not trying to ramp, as I've staked claim and will now quietly sit back and await value added news....DYOR
At 2.53p. Hopefully if we test this, we'll move back up afterwards.
GLA
I've bought via several trades today and all without exception are showing red......ie below the average traded price....
A lot of people will have been invested for CLX001 but they've f*cked that up with the timescale they've put on it.
Early partnering discussions, my @rse.
An external CEO needs to come in and challenge these people and the culture.
They talk the talk Freddie. it's always positive to listen to, its just a shame they seem to struggle to produce the goods and lose any momentum
I have watched the video twice now and have to admit to having been impressed.....so, I'm content to hold and await value added drip fed news throughout the coming 6 months.
Not interested in debating the matter, just pleased to wait patiently.
Rat,
'Good job they haven't encountered any further delays then...'
To be fair, I am not aware of there ever having been a delay in paying the Directors. They seem to know what to prioritise.
