Based on
1) Share price of EUDA
2) Still ongoing. IF it was a failure it would have been announced already. Mergers that complete often take months.
3) Continued confidence of BOD in 201.
4) Both EUDA and TRX need the merger to go ahead so no real reason for it to not go ahead.
'Forget Black Cat.'
So that was just broken promises and a bad idea was it?
The foundations are NOT very strong. FACT.
IF 201 is signed....if
If 401 completes....if
....about 30/40 million due to the milestones attached from the deals. (What deals? Pure fantasy guesswork)
.....a huge deal in the next two years maybe...(maybe, maybe not)
The EUDA merger looks on.... (based on?)
Anyway, with my next 10 million investment I'm going to make half a billion. If I win the Euromillions that is. Provided I buy a ticket of course.
Bit of a poisoned chalice though, isn't it?
I can't see any prestige in taking on a small and unsuccessful non- revenue generating company. These sort of lifestyle gravy trains are two a penny on the AIM. All IMO.
Are you sure you have you decimal point in the correct place for your pence/vol. dung ratio? ;-)
Hopefully, the new CEO will have a better awareness of the need to generate short term income. I'm sure that message will be relayed loud and clear during the recruitment process.
Forget Black Cat. The foundations are very strong. FACT.
If you are looking at 1/2 year investment this can go to 50/100p and i'll explain how.
IF 201 is signed it gives them more cash runway with significant milestones. Then inside the next 12 months get CLX out licensed with at least £10 million upfront payment. If 401 completes it gives a better longer term outlook.
The market cap would be about 30/40 million due to the milestones attached from the deals. Then one of these quality projects gets a huge deal in the next two years maybe 30/40 million upfront with a milestone of a few hundred million. The market moves from bear to bull and suddenly the share price is close to £1.
From 3p hold for 1/2 years and see where this goes. The EUDA merger looks on for sure so this is a game changer as the new projects will take over.
No impact to the SP at all.!
Thought we'd get a little tick up at least ... I think until the SD situation is in place and finalised regards the other members then we ain't going anywhere .
Cobalt, I think it is grossly undervalued personally, but thats what makes these bill boards interesting (different opinions) :)
3p is a joke. Grossly overvalued pile of dung.
Whatever happened to the concept of generating revenue? What happened to all the legacy products?
No. I absolutely don’t care to look
I've never offered any opinion on SD if you care to look. I'm just saying that they need an income stream and soon, and taking on work without pay is not the way to go. The track record of deadlines is truly abysmal, and while scientifically this latest RNS may be interesting, it will take time and effort which cost money they simply can't spare.
I'd rather see an update on Black Cat (you may be too young to remember the 5 million they were going to source) and on 201 (poor results on clinically insinificant numbers and static for several years since without a peer review) and some news on TheoremRx (silent since Adam was a lad) would be a lot more welcome. They need to get their priorities in order and soon.
Cheery fella aren’t you Ratcliffe 👀
No pleasing some. No evaluations, moan. Evaluations, moan! Dilly cant continue as CEO, moan. Dilly steps aside, moan.
EUDA is doing very well. If 201 comes good shortly which is likely then what an investment this would be.
All driven by quality projects. Also looking forward to the CLX update. 3p is a joke SP at the moment longer term we should see massive value.
"This signifies an exciting opportunity for ValiRx to further expand its portfolio of innovative cancer therapeutics", all of which to date appear unloved, stagnant and a financial desert. This latest rns means that however interesting, time will be spent paying people not to generate revenue over a minimum of 12 months - and do they mean Val months or earth months. Because 12 Val months seem to equate to about 36 earth months or more.
Agreement with Imperial means a real quality project. Probably the best yet along with CLX.
Hopefully the future is bright.

If anyone is feeling a little deflated here today don’t start going GRR … try just going RR😊
Just think things would be a lot different for you PM2020 if you had followed my friendly advice instead of telling me how highly educated you are ,how well read you are, and how much research you do before investing. Indeed you are a funny little chap 😂😂

Agree time to move on from BOD changes.
Pointless addressing Pork's concern as each time you do he comes up with something different. He is not invested.
Focus for BOD should now be getting positive news out and improving the SP rather than wasting time arguing with shareholders.

What an utter clueless wally you are PM. You honestly believe BOD have even vaguely thought about you let alone waste any time arguing with you. Grow up and realise all they want is your money and they have that now and your trapped in a deep hole grasping at straws
Aesop's fable, the boy who cried wolf.
God are these guys still at it. Strong buy still.
100% pm if he really wanted to make the changes he spouts he would buy some shares so he could actually vote, instead he sits on the side lines like a fat football supporter screaming what the player should be doing. Put up or shut up Pigman

Id say, now everyone has what they want to a degree, how about focusing on future rather than continue to kick someone who is obviously down at present? Not that I blame her for exiting X as it has gotten far worse under Musk (imo) and also left a couple months ago...
Onwards and upwards now - hopefully!
What scientists ? will there be left... ?
obviously it is ALL about the money (yes Im in for a profit), and not about the science?
Who wouldnt want a cure/suppressant to Cancers?
IMO
@Andysel
Thanks - OK lets see how events unfold and what the BOD looks like going onto H2
I hear you regarding voting on new BOD additions at the AGM and that part is fair enough but, i think most of the frustration here is that for this stock to ever have any chance of recovery the current BOD MUST be removed, ie Suzy, Kevin, Martin and Gerry MUST all go and it doesn't feel like that will be a reality as it stands.
By withdrawing the Requisition Notice it has enabled two of them straight away namely Kevin and Martin to avoid being voted to be removed. I'm also not convinced how "active" Suzy will be in looking for a replacement CEO for her but lets see.
@Porky
shareholders have made it clear we do not want Suzy on the BOD, and this compromise has been made to ensure a smoother transition as possible, however if it becomes obvious they start to pee us around we will take action with her immediate removal through a req and then just have to ride the turbulence out
Its also worth noting that come June at the GM all shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on any new members/positions that are appointed to the BOD.
Who the f*** knows PM. Very strange way to live life but there you go
