LtdAxis, we are all pleased to see the back of him but Strauss was just a puppet and nothing has changed. Ongoing smoke and mirrors with the short RNS full of the usual misrepresentations.

It was the 15th RNS this year that have achieved little other than to dilute us to smithereens, with shares they do not have the power to issue without an AGM. The AGM was set for April, postponed til May and not yet firmed up. There's a lot to worry about a company that cannot even organise an AGM.

It is surprising Miller, Sena and Ogunsalu willingly lend their good names to this farce. What's in it for them other than to ruin their reputations?

TSP has been a disaster for investors including Vela Technologies who didn’t do any due diligence on them.

When is the promised AGM Geoff? In 2027, we will have the 2023, 2024 AGM and announce a future AGM for 2025 and 2026

Will proper notice be provided? Not necessary. We have paid off Acquis with pump and dump options in this entity

1. What about the mismanagement and lies of Martin Armstrong? Why isnt he under investigation for signing off on fictious financial statements?

2. What about Ian Roberts? Why is he still in the picture and what value does he add?

3. Provide documents showing this alleged communication and submission with the FDA.

4. How do you plan to make vendors whole and are their any additional liens in place for non-payment?

5. What did you get for paying FB consulting fees in return for where the company is today? How much money did FB, MU, ML and others make on EuroSI with money lent by TSP and what did TSP get in return for lending to that failed entity as well as other shell entities that were created by the crime family?

6. How can a accounting firm sign off on financial statements as a ongoing concern when the IP is contested and there is no proof of settlement with all inventors?

7. Where is TSP on the remaining payment due to acquis for fines of misinformation?

Good article but removing Laurence and Geoff will do little. The company is broke, no one there has the slightest clue about the industry and the IP remains in contention and most likely outdated after 10 years.

Yes what a knob lol , who the hell invests that amount into a company with shady characters and no past successes.

People like that get all they deserve and now the fools put it all out into general view , bet his neighbours are wetting themselves laughing .

Onwards and upwards .I don’t think the story will do alot of good has there’s nothing new in it that we don’t already know . But it will give the locals something to gossip about for a whilst at least .

Wonder actually what would happen if proven that share count was not done right, I don’t see how anyone would be able to prove it at a tribunal or in a court of law but if anyone wants to try I say good luck !

I found the most recent filing (March of 2023 Captain A) which is current in both the US and Europe and one will notice nothing has been assigned to tsp. pity.

Confidence is shattered in this company , only person who bought was member of BOD , all other investors are selling up .

They simply had enough of the false information released and lack of progression.

The BOD have got a lot to do at the AGM in convincing shareholders of actual prove of ownership of I P and produce evidence of actual FDA submissions.
