even valuation gone up a lot after change?
It is now listed on ii as Brandshield Systems with the ticker BRSD but if I try to buy or sell I get a message saying 'no results found'! I suppose we're nearly there.
Kind of past that "youwantedd". Sorry, but asking what is going on now... Ta!
BRSD

We have no visibility of our investment now, whether it be TSI or Brandshield as we are now supposed to be trading under.
I have the same issue with my Hargreaves Lansdown and my Barclays accounts, neither of them are showing a value and neither will show a Brandshield ticker!
It really is a bit of a mess!

Yes,. MM games enticing you in, watch you don't get spiked when they drop it 250000% after lunch!

You really thought this re rated 20000%? haha come on..
Everyone asks questions
Shut the front door
Sujood. If you don't know then you shouldn't be investing.

I understand we are going to be trading under a new ticker of Brandshield from today. I am struggling to find it and also racking my brains trying to remember how to add a new name to my portfolio.

I am less concerned in the short term share price.
The issue we face next few weeks is that placing shares can be sold presumably from the 1st of December and that will likely stifle any rise.
For me, I am looking forward to client acquisitions and then the year end revenue numbers.
Happy if they hold above 20p short term.
Good Luck to everyone with our new company name, looking forward to an upturn in the SP

Are there any other stockbroker platforms that have the same issue?
I called Barclays to ask what was happening and I was told that existing clients who held TSI would be allowed to sell the stock but would not be able to purchase.
I asked why and the girl told me this sometimes happens with particular stocks for different reasons, but she couldn't tell me what the reason was in this instance.
I asked if there was any suggestion of anything improper happening within the company that made Barclays go down this route, she said no, but sometimes there may be reasons like late filling of accounts or other non specific things that trigger this scenario.
I'm afraid I am non the wiser after speaking to Barclays, that's why I am curious to know if any other shareholders are in same position who do not use Barclays.

Cyber attacks on finance sector soar during Covid crisis
Shares in cyber security firms surge as businesses look to tighten protection due to security incidents reported to the UK data regulator increasing more than 50 per cent, Investors Chronicle reveals.
Will Mr 4970434 regret selling at a loss next week?
I think he will.

Brandshield revenue 1H 2020 is $2,437,000
Year 2020 revenue expected to be around $5,000,000 - or £3,800,000...
The company has the ability to break even but has strategically raised funds to build out both sales and marketing to drive sales and revenue quickly.
I would be interested on views of a comparison of these two entities. Overall, they appear to be in similar markets albeit doing different things for different clients.
Brandshield has a t/o approaching £2.5M ($3.25M) and valued around £16.5M
Shearwater has a t/o around £20M and valued at £32M
From my perspective Shearwater appears to be a straight forward, no bull company, that could be accused of over paying for bolt on companies and issues shares to the sellers which itself creates a delayed overhang on stock. An issue currently in play I suspect which has caused a relentless drop in its share price. Of concern too is the lack of recent director interest at these low levels.
I don't know enough about Brandshield to comment, so would welcome constructive comments on them.
So which valuation is more likely to be right?
I hold TSI & (sadly) SWG
I have posted the same message on SWG as keen to here both sides views.

agree, not stonking, but good name, another client and a US based one at that. recurring revenue worth so much so for me this is first many new clients now they have cash and listing.
Maybe not a stonking contract, but at least it's from a reputable body supported by leading pharmaceutical companies.

In 2002, the Security Directors from fourteen major pharmaceutical companies established the Institute in Washington, D.C. Working with its members, PSI developed improved systems to identify the extent of the problem and to assist in coordinating international inquiries.

Great news here, many more contracts to be won in the future, this is just the start.

That is great news from brandshield this is a massive contract for them. I will be very worried if this is not going to have a positive impact on the SP

Thanks I bought some last week my brother holds these on the back off a weird haulage truck sign we got stuck on the m62 few months back as a truck was on fire. We were at a standstill and in front of us was a haulage company of sorts called t shields. Lol well you never know might be an omen
Last post: roleybirkin, 17 Nov 2020 07:21
Yes, that is correct.
5,000 new shares for every 1,000,000 currently held.
So when the reverse takeover happens. Does it mean you get 1 share for every 200 tsi shares?

A second RNS. Brandshield continue to grow their client base...
Thanks for your answer Dulyred
Not sure why you cannot see it. I use Barclays as my broker and have TSI in my portfolio bough these 6 months or so ago. I can however tell you that it is marked as suspended, which prevents me from buying I can however sell my holding. fairly new at this, at a loss to explain how that is possible.
Can one not buy these through barclays?
I put in TSI and nothing registered.
Thanks for help
Taken a position this am as can see value here .

Saw Topinfos tweets so took a look and I took the plunge. Looks like it’s going to be an exciting future. Good luck all. Dyor.

This is a bonus for the business now with Brandshield taking over and becoming the core focus.
Power Metals (POW) rose today on the back of this RNS.
Brought into AOGL, doubled.
Brought into this, looks good (Ann Gloag)
Brought into TRAF, should double.

Yes, I also saw the placing stock being flipped. No holding this back once the overhang clears IMO.
Our CEO is active on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheYoavKeren/with_replies
This could be a multibagger in the coming weeks/months. 200:1 consolidation means we are currently at 24p (0.12p). This could easily become a £100m MC business.
DYOR
If my research is correct (and it might be wrong) but once the transaction completes TSI/Brandshield will be £22m plus. Massive company compared to value now.

3 big sales from yesterday gone through tonight
210,000,000 shares sold for £224k...
Guess the placing went to some serious ipo traders who have borrowed and happy with a 6.4% turn.
can't see many buys this afternoon. SP holding up relatively well.
I think one or two days for the churn to finish and then watch it shoot up.
My target is 0.30p short term as news gets out.
DYOR
Slowly ticking up every few minutes on little volume.
I think the MMs have to let this go soon.
