The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
I was expecting an opinion from you over the few days, hopefully you will a bit more upbeat now that this current prise rise seems to be holding.
I hope I don’t give it the kiss of death lol
Me too….massive losses 😡
Well done Gotrader…looks like you called it right again.
Nice one….I have been here for 23 years and it has cost me a fortune to be a shareholder….where is my long service award! ;o)
Lordl, we should respect each others comments and opinions as long as they are not abusive or insulting.
Gotrader has been following IQE for much longer than most people on here and he has called it right on almost every change of direction using his/her analytical skill set.
I would be a much richer person right now if I had acted on Gotraders opinions in the last 7 or 8 years.
We all have different things that we focus on regarding our research and investment strategy….just value the difference, we are all trying to help each other here.
I feel sick that the directors of this company have been bankrolled by investors for many years. Those investors have lost in excess of 90% of their investment and now when things may be coming to to fruition, they decide to take the company private and destroy peoples ISA’s, SIPPS and real chance of trading their shares under the future set up.
To think that one of theses directors is/was an MP makes me even more angry.
The usual small shareholders are totally shafted….me to the tue of more than £20k
Taking the company private is biggest disservice they could do to long standing shareholders who are already sitting on MASSIVE personal paper losses that have not yet been crystallised as they/we have not sold our shares.
I have Brandshield in my ISA , my SIPP and my normal trading account and have put in a shedload of money (for me).
To this happening is absolutely gutting and feels so unfair, especially the way the offer is set up reward the fat cats who have their snouts firmly ensconced at the top table….shocking!
Brandshield are offering me the chance to purchase shares as part of this fundraising offer at a price of 5.8p and then take the company off the listed market making it very difficult for me to be able to sell my shares.
Plus any shares that I hold in my my ISA are going to lose the ISA wrapper, which for me is a real body blow!
And if I’m not mistaken I could go into the market today and buy the same shares for 3p
This seems to be a lose, lose, lose for ordinary investors….I have already lost more than 90% of my investment trying to do the right thing here and this is how we are rewarded…its a shocking disgrace.
Am I wrong?
Ever feel like you have been shafted? Yet another AIM disaster where shareholders lose almost everything and have to listen to executives telling us how good things are going to be….maybe for them and their gravy train!
This has turned into yet another AIM sh*t show with another chief exec who has been blowing smoke up our behinds for the last couple of years….constantly telling us how good the share is and how we are going to be a super successful business….I feel sick to my stomach about how these guys keep getting away with it!
Shocking….I feel like I have been scammed by GB and the rest of the board and there isn’t anything that is going to bring some sort of justice to the perpetrators.
My worst ever loss by a long shot….more than £72k
I pray for some action from the FCA…or even the police if we can prove a crime!
Rock….what story did I make up, ref your comment?
What am I missing here….the initial reason I invested in this company before covid and several name changes, was the labskin model that had had contracts with the very biggest names in the beauty industry.
This sounded absolutely fantastic from an ethical point of view and as a financial investment…..holy sh*t…how did we get ourselves into such a massive hole.
We seemed to be perfectly positioned to take the beauty industry by storm with out unbeatable testing facilities our unrivalled AI & IP.
This seemed like a huge opportunity on its own and anything else would be the icing on the cake. Do we not still have these money making contracts with the top 20 names in the beauty industry?
This is absolutely brutal and hard to bear, there are a fair few people here who have lost an enormous amount of money, it absolutely stinks to high heavens!
What has happened here feels quite literally like criminal negligence and we are powerless to do anything about it….something is very badly wrong with the AIM system for this to be able to happen with no consequences for the people who perpetrate these situations on a regular basis!
We did have a world class and well respected CFO who came from ARM. I’m more concerned that he is leaving so soon after being hired.
I invested a near 6 figure amount of money into Integumen long before the changed their name to Deepverge because of my appreciation of what they were doing in relation to stop animal testing and the massive traction they ‘allegedly’ had within the beauty industry.
I have lost almost every penny and cannot believe or understand why we have got into such a horrible mess. If we have been lied to and it can be proven, there are a few heads that should roll and the authorities should be doing something about it.
The AIM market seems to be rigged against ordinary punters who think they are investing in small cap quality companies who are on the verge of breaking through into mainstream business and becoming successful businesses….it just doesn’t feel right and people are allowed to make false claims (allegedly) what chance do we have?
This has been an expensive disappointing share!
My losses are huge, unlike Glebewhite I am full of sour grapes and absolutely raging to read yesterday’s RNS.
If it turns out that we have indeed been lied to, there are a whole pile of individuals and companies who should be taken to task and made pay for their lies or incompetence.
If there was a way to sue theses guys for incompetence or fraud under a class action I would seriously consider being part of that.
What on earth were the other directors, advisors and auditors doing or thinking when these statements were being constructed and presented.
