Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
What do I wish to know?
What exactly is happening ref the offer.....what is it?
What is the likely timescale?
What is happening to all of the divisions of TSI.
That would do for starters :o)
I agree, they would be so much better using our Microtox sampling system which is real time. When you read that they will sample 4 or 5 times per week it seems to be such a wast of resources and the quality of the data will be nowhere near as accurate as real time.
I would love to hear Gerry's view on this and to be reassured that Deepverge / Modern Water are at least knocking the door, phoning, emailing the people who are running this testing program to remind them of our capabilities.
Here is an interview just released on Bloomberg highlighting what pocdoc is all about.
It looks pretty polished and ready to go right now in the uk, they have a CE mark to allow them to offer the product all over Europe.
This is a pin prick blood sample method of testing unlike our breath test offering.
They have the QR code passport similar to what our BT test is offering.
That is the sort of publicity and marketing we are crying out for.

I'm missing and arm and a leg!
Damned lions! ;o)
Just a little morsel of information would be most welcome!
No pressure there @GB ....lol
Yes me too, Barclays seem to have messed it up quite badly.....I'm down 50k according to them!!
They also took many days to sort out the 10 for consolidation last month.
Not what you expect from one of the biggest stockbrokers in the country, :o(
Need to go into your portfolio and search for DVRG then add to portfolio or whatever watchlist you have.
Welcome to all DVRG holders....and well done on working out how to add a new ticker to your portfolio lol
It's a real shame, the civility we have been used to for so long has temporarily evaporated when the masses descended onto this BB.
We are very fortunate to have the boss @GB regularly posting here, I'm sure he would be less keen to associate himself with BB that is full of people insulting each other and using some disgusting profanities.
Come on peeps, let's get the BB back to what it was good at.....research, civil debate, helpfulness and humour.
Satire, I'm afraid you are sadly wrong with your dismissive statement that people have been long term holders could have potentially made a lot of money.
That spike in 2017 was when Tomco carried out a consolidation exercise that completely wiped out the vast majority of small shareholders.....it was a brutal thing to do to many of the people who had bought Tomco shares at prices a lot higher than the consolidation.
Not many people have made money out of Tomco or were ever in a position to make money as long term shareholders.....I should know as I have been a shareholder for much longer than the 8 years.
This has been an ugly share to own as it has taken a lot of money from many shareholders over the years.
In saying that....I think we are now finally (hopefully) on the cusp of actually delivering something substantial for those now holding shares.
Come on IQE, this is a form of Chinese torture! (hope that was PC)
This continued underperformance of the share price is dire and for a long term holder (20 years) like myself, I think we deserve better.
It is hard to bear when I look at all of the other companies who are in the wafer market and watch their share price soar along with other tech stocks.
Please give us a just little morsel of hope!!
I must admit, I also read it as a payment of $500k for a 3 year contract. I was very surprised by the muted reaction from the market....and even more so now that GB has pointed out it is a recurring payment which is substantially better than first anticipated.
I for one would like to the RNS reworded and rereleased as it is pretty obvious many people have misread the announcement.
It is beginning to look like our share price is being suppressed by the MM's after lasts weeks car crash fall. I'm pretty sure we will not be artificially held at these prices for long because the quality of our products and potential growth will shine through.
Today's welcome announcement was just the first in what I expect to be many more in the ensuing months ahead.
Our patience will be rewarded.....and if you have been a shareholder for more than a few weeks......you should already be smiling. :o)
GLA..... and thank you @GB for providing the clarity on the RNS.
I wondered if our testing equipment would work on this as well....it is a very sad and troubling issue with a dreadful outcome.
Just wondering if any IQE shareholders are also Optibiotic shareholders too?
It is the weirdest thing that both companies share price almost follow each other from the highs of over £1 all the way down to below the forties.
Not sure which one is the most frustrating......probably IQE!
He has been one of the prolific posters here for months.....()
And after yesterday's implosion......(:) he has apparently disappeared :/
(The brackets were a wee tribute to him......we know much he enjoys......dots and brackets)....)
;o)
In the Proactive Investors interview Gerry commented on the the fact the BT test could be calibrated for whatever virus or component you want to look out for.....e.g. Norovirus for the cruise industry or for checking for narcotics like cocane etc.
These alone must have massive potential for being put to good use.
I would also imagine hospitals or hotel industry would be hugely interested in having the ability to quickly check for these things. The potential to use this system in multiple different monitoring modes must be potentially lucrative for Deep Verge
I hope they don't get the breathalyser and the sh*t test mixed up!!
Fantastic day to be a reasonably long term holder of Integumen (DV)......and a MW holder ;o)
