The issue will be around the size of there holdings - just imagine trying to sell 15m Lido?

That goes for most if not all of there holdings - in that there would be no bid for coins should KR1 become a seller un less there was a natural block buyer...

At the price point of 0.07p.

So received 571,428,571 shares.

Amtech, please could you rescind your allegation that W A technology have sold 50m shares as I believe you are either incorrect or deliberately spreading false information.

Amtech, please provide evidence that WA Technology have sold 50m shares?

I thought it worth putting the message out in full as we are not far short of the Christmas holiday season now and it has been a year of downs and then a massive UP.

Mobile Streams Plc completed and announced a Block Listing Application on the 3rd October 2024.

Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, has today applied for the block listing of up to a total of 1,526,823,193 new Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares"). This figure is 20% of the currently issued share capital, and in accordance with the block listing process under Rule 29 of the AIM Rules would cover the potential exercise of approximately 45% of the currently outstanding Warrants (as further detailed below).

The Ordinary Shares subject to the block admission will not be allotted immediately, but rather will be issued and allotted on exercise of the Warrants from time to time. On issue, these new Ordinary Shares will be issued as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The Company will announce the number of any Ordinary Shares issued and admitted under the block listing at the end of each calendar month.

I think a couple of things are important -

1- A sale went through after hours yesterday of 2,500,000 shares at 5p from 14.29 on the day previously the 14th Nov...

That logically begs the question - are they 'inside' which is of course an illegal act or simply a distressed seller?

If distressed the shares may well bounce up shortly.

2- I gather there was a broker site visit of the factory in Albania this week - Wednesday or Thursday - and the feedback has been positive but did one investor be less impressed as the sale seems to have coincided with the visit?

So Mag is it still just an empty factory?

That's the question to be answered now.

I am reading the latest RNS - 16th October and note below

"This follows confirmation that the Company's state-of-the-art factory in Albania is now fully automated, operational and able to satisfy these orders"

What are peoples thoughts as to whether the above statement is true as it does not jive with the share price movement?
