In conceptual terms you are correct in suggesting that Krunchdata may have a contractual relationship with IgniteAMT and in business IgniteAMT could deal with Mobile Streams Plc and perhaps Mobile Streams Plc could deal directly with Krunchdata.
Krunchdata and/or IgniteAMT are also free to negotiate and deal directly with BET or indeed Capital Media Group or indeed Capital Media Sports or directly with Estadio as a wholly owned company of Capital Media Sports.
I guess you may have missed or maybe you did not miss the fact that Mobile Streams Plc could also be dealing directly with Capital Media Group as maybe it is fair to note that it seems clear that Mobile Streams Plc is dealing directly with Capital Media Sports and BET as Mobile Streams Plc have announced their investment into each party.
So Lothbury I now go back to your original question what stopping capital media and igniteamt from dealing with each other directly? It would seem nothing can stop them as that is the beauty of business and long may that continue.
I would also add maybe you should consider whether Krunchdata and/or IgniteAMT is dealing directly with all or any of the Capital Media Groups 16 radio stations or maybe a TV station or two (directly of course). Is that acceptable to you or does that pose further conspiracy theories for one?
Let's take your concerns further as you have opened up a deeper discussion I feel. Could Krunchdata possibly have struck a deal or a formal relationship with any other Mobile Streams Plc relationships. Heaven forbid Krunchdata are dealing directly with Necaxa FC or Atlante FC. Sacre Bleu. What could this all mean. The cloudiness continues.
Could IgniteAMT be renting an office to Cadiz FC of could have some deal in place with Pumas of Mexico City.
Does in your words "So what is stopping ME being paid directly from Capital Media as well" stretch to ME and the Mos BOD taking a wage directly from Capital Media Sports or BET or Cadiz or Pumas or Atlante or from other such contractual relationships in the MOS stable?
The business relationships seem endless it would seem.
Thank you for pointing out the complexity running through your mind.
This conversation needs to run and run I now feel whilst quietly in the background the company can continue on its path.
What?
Where did you get that statement from.
You are very confused!
Can I ask what you find confusing Lothbury.
You recite from a press release "Initially Capital Media Sports will acquire the assets and IP of Estadio. Given its limited recent operations, there is no financial information regarding Estadio"
That seems clear?
Then you recite further "Capital Media Sports, which has a strategy seeking to acquire a number of sporting publications under which it has signed heads to terms to acquire Estadio, a major existing heritage sports media publication in Mexico formerly owned by Capital News S.A ("Capital News" and part of the Capital Media Group)"
Again, that statement seems clear?
Are you still at it stt1

Hi Davey - the AIM and nano cap markets are broken in the UK - and MM's are under orders to hold no stock and in many cases are happy to be short - so regardless of whether the numbers are positive to excellent they will mark the shares down where they can.
In the case of SAL today we have seen selling on the rise and looking at the prints we have seen more sellers than buyers (just) so pleased to see the shares are still up on the day.
Today, the official Leagues Cup 2024 Group Stage Schedule as well as the tournament’s hub venues are unveiled together with the Bracket Announcement presented by Coors Light. The second edition of this Concacaf-sanctioned competition features all 18 clubs from the Mexican league, LIGA MX, and all 29 clubs from Major League Soccer (MLS) representing the U.S. and Canada. These 47 clubs will compete in a World Cup-style club tournament from July 26 to August 25, 2024.
Leagues Cup 2024, to be held in Canada and the United States, will determine three qualifiers for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup, with the winner of Concacaf Champions Cup representing the region at the FIFA Club World Cup.
Matched bargain basis lothbory?
Mos is 'quote driven'

A quote-driven market is an electronic stock exchange system in which prices are determined from bid and ask quotations made by market makers, dealers, or specialists.

Fair to say the heavyweights have left?

And there off.
Back from my well earned holiday. Very nice.
I have bought a few more this am. Just the wrong share price based on the companies performance.
Even at 87.50p the company is valued at £1.7m...
If a profit of just £200k is announced the company is on a historic PE of 8.5 times - ridiculously low...
Will be keen to see guidance for 2024 - Hoping for at least £6.8m net revenues and profit growing quickly?
What are the funding options now available?
Worth listing them out...
Sttt1 says
"HVO crashed to 10p and now 28p. Revenues £56m, Mcap £195. Talked up as CEO has huge options exercisable in a year.
TLY recently won a £13m contract, at national level. Revenues £100m, Mcap £8m"
The bit you have conveniently left out of your expert analysis is profitability...
- HVO at 22% margin should post profit of £12.1m before other revenue streams such as R&D - and the profit could rise to over £13m when accounting for exceptional revenues and the number will increase across 2024.
- TLY profit was £6.9m and is expected to fall so whilst revenues are high it's margin and costs base are out of control.
Only one stock I will be holding out of these two and it's not TLY.
Follow company progress not a share price/valuation toffeeman123
progress and progress
I am hopeful of hitting the £6.5m and confident of further revenue growth for 2024.
Keen to see if the company is to post a profit and make a mockery of the current valuation.
What is your thinking on the revenue number Barnacle - the company reiterated guidance of £6.5m at the half way point?
And lest we forget buys of £797
the market is broken
