Morning ShearClass
Yes that £110m MCap I remember well....
I was taken aback by the last placing, the number of new shares and the price.
I unfortunately missed the opportunity to load up at 0.25p so had to sell 50% of my holding at roughly 0.45p on the hope that the price would go down and it did so I got back in at 0.31p and have added ever since.
We hold shares in a very interesting company, notably their products fit with an ever growing market.
This shift in price does feel like the real thing so I'm hoping that we establish a new base around 0.4 to 0.43p. If that happens before any pivitol news then I can see 0.6p by December. Then its just all about progress on the sales and manufacturing, we could continually grow for the next 10 years the market is going to be that large.
Chester.
The sun is shining, and there is a nice glow to my TRX having bought at 0.37 a while back; a tiddly profit at this moment - onward and upward, GLA from JJ.
0.375 to sell, 0.38-0.39 to buy
LTH should average down.
Hopefully goodbyes 0.30s, hello 0.40s.
@Chester18, very interesting post - I've been watching this for a few weeks after seeing a couple of II's load up - Oryx in particular was a positive sign. Worth noting that the market cap at the conclusion of the £40m placing back in July 2017 was £110m giving an enterprise value of £70m vs the current EV of just £13m - a significant difference regardless of the issues encountered along the way.
Clearly if you've held since the 10p days the last placing was a disaster; bad timing with Covid & obviously not helped by shooting themselves in the foot with the banking covenants / loan, followed by Invesco offloading. Hopefully the current SP recovery will continue...
Shhhhhh. Some of us are still loading up Chester!
Excellent post as usual...
I have re-read the 24th August 'OrthoPure XT' RNS and that one product is a great example of the time it takes to bring a product to market and then to begin to establish a production pipeline. The surgical trials to obtain the European 'CE Mark' took three years and the standard needed to be past was "safety at two years, with maintenance of knee function".
"OrthoPure® XT is a decellularized porcine tendon, developed using the Group's patented dCELL® technology. It was granted CE Mark approval for the reconstruction of knee ligaments to restore knee function and stability".
This will become a huge product line in the coming years but it will take until early 2021 before TRX has built up the UK baseline and can then start to roll it out across Europe and even then they will have to pick their spots.
"Tissue Regenix's OrthoPure™ XT has been developed as an effective and cost-efficient solution to ACL rupture which is the second most common injury of the knee requiring reconstruction, around 900,000 ACL procedures performed in the US & Europe in 2014".
I have no idea what such a product could be charged out at but just taking a guess at £700 per packaged tendon, which I'm presuming is a reasonable price, if TRX could distribute 30,000 units per year (2,500 per month) the demand for that one product could be £20m per annum.
As you can see the upscale is enormous, it will take time to establish both the markets and the manufacturing but once in place this business will be worth £100's of millions.
Lets not forget, BioRinse, BioSurge, DurmaPure, SurgePure XD, DentalFix, MatrixCellect 100 DBM, Matrix OI, ConCelltrate 100 .......... I may have missed some. All of the above are in demand and in High growth areas of medical need.
There is a lot to be positive about now they have the cash to make it happen.
Chester.
Hi,
Just joining the group & saying hello. I've been reading this board for the last couple of weeks & reading up on the TRX website.
I bought in yesterday with my loose change from a SYME top up (my 12500 buy is showing red as a sell).
I will be topping up on payday, TRX looks promising.
I'm hoping I've bought in at the bottom of the dip.....
Thanks for the research material, good board (SYME can be carnage on a bad day !)
Buys at 37, higher highs and higher lows......could be the start of a move up. Gla
Thanks all
Yes Chester! Absolutely - there are hundreds of products to be launched and indeed the regenerative market is something that will explode during the coming years! I hope Tissue Regenix will be a leader in this market! Prepared to sit tight and enjoy the ride as a small part of it!
Sorry I was answering HBomb5's question...... : )
Hi Andysmi
Just off the top of my head, OrthoPure XT has been approved in Europe and needs to be upscaled and rolled out. TRX will seek US approval I'm presuming in 2021.
Gareth Jones did say that they had to concentrate on Biorinse because the demand was continuous right through the peak of the pandemic April to June, so they backed off production of Demapure in-house and I'm sure we are still out sourcing that product while the San Antonio facility is upgraded.
A new product can just be a range of new thicker patches or the size of patch to address a new surgical procedure. If you think of the numerous area's of the human body that wear out or get damaged and need repair, TRX can produce hundreds of new 'products' once that demand has been identified by surgeons.
The growth potential in the regenerative / replacement tissue market is huge with a capital 'H'.
Chester.
I don’t know anything about new products.
We are waiting to hear the name of the company they signed the deal with and results from the expansion thing
Are we expecting any new product launches next year I can remember if it was TRX or another stock?
This is a very stable stock. Holding for over a month now and the price is literally the same as one month ago when I bought it. Never happened with any other shares I’ve hold. Wish it went up but at least it did not drop either.

@jimjam
A bold move sir..... noted
Chester..... : )
chester could you put me down for 1.7p* please. Thanks JJ
Count me in for the £25 charity donation to our winners choice
Hi Woodstock1970
Any long term holder of TRX have seen their original investment shredded, but, baring the pandemic shutting down all non-essential surgery in both the US and Europe, TRX are going to grow very rapidly once the 1st phase expansion is up and running. Right now the business is hampered by not having enough capacity so once that first bit is sorted they can get on with the second phase and then the third and so on.
The turnaround will probably begin early 2021 and should rise quickly so don't chuck in the towel just yet. We may even get earlier indications of improvements and we may even find out just who we have signed that deal with.

Chester.
Most of us were expecting cash raise but not expecting such a big request of shareholders . My 3p target is pie in the sky because as much as I love what this company is trying to achieve, it's apparent that us shareholders are canon foder.
I am keeping a small amount of shares however my enthusiasm is wearing thin.
3p
WE have 26 entries....... The * indicates pledges for ‘£25 Charity Donation’

So we have an MCap range from £14m up to £ 122.5m, may as well say we have a good mix of 'Pessimists and Optimists'.
There is no statutory reason for TRX to give out any news over the next 3 months but if they decide to keep us shareholders informed we may get a 'Trading Update' late November / early December being six months from the May 21st Placement via Primary Bid. I think if we do have to endure another two months of 'radio silence' they will owe it to us all to say how the company is progressing and where they have been investing some of the placing cash.
Chester.
@Jurado
Added........ I'll put the whole list up on Thursday.
Chester.
I'm going reasonably pessimistic - 0.42.
