There will be more interesting when they land a RNS about bank debt sort out so people will jump in. At moment it is borrowing as nothing certainly and hang around . There will be rns about than bank before 30/3 so share should trade around 45p at that time. Hold it for more.
The Chinese will send it to you after the buy out mate.
I havent had one??
Inland Homes is up nearly 50% today following the news of bank covenant waiver.
Suggest you read my previous posts. All the information is there.
The CFO's purchases are a strong signal the bank will waiver. He owns that relationship with HSBC. He wouldnt buy if a capital raise was likely.
Also note, leadership beyond the exec team own a tonne of stock. At least a dozen senior leaders own around 30% of the company. This is a major motivator for turning around the business.
The top line is fine - costs which are in their control are the issue. Another great sign.
Finally, the bank is aligned with the shareholders because if they force massive dilution or bankruptcy and sale, the leadership will walk and the business will be worth zero to HSBC.
DYOR.
* their own money not other end money
Flipping phone autocorrect
(apparently new is not a word on my phone- nee, however, is)
* decent chunky buys not guys!!
I went through the Director purchases since October and I’m seeing it as £333469 of their other end money spent on buying shares.
£242,298 of that was at a price of 35p or higher….
That does give a bit of confidence.
The CFO has spent £154,000 of his own money (I think).
Decent chunky guys IMO
This morning's RNS related to nil cost options. Hardly a sentiment booster. I want to see further director and exec share purchases with their own money. Now is the time if there ever was one.
Ummm - did he buy them or was he given them? I’m seeing at as shares awarded for performance?
However in the last 6 months the CFO has spent nearly £154k of his own money on shares.
The rest of the director buys have come to another £180k, I think. Pretty significant buys.
All but £90k of the total £333k are at prices 35p or above…
Now another Director. Honestly thing that this is an opportunity not to be sniffed at
Opportunity to buy lower, but unfortunately no quote!! :)) :))
People are selling will be buying much higher as debt restructuring news could land anytime!!
Deal might already been done, and the clue is that BOD BUYING?? :)) :))
Is is perfect time to buy when share very quiet and unlove as people like quick fun with hot shares. When next update about bank sort out debt and things will moving very quickly as it bottom now. Buy more today for me.
Christo4, if this is getting bought ,then £1 is minimum here, imo

There is a lot of hiring going on for a business about to "forced into bankruptcy by their bank" - obviously it's nonsense and they won't be
Unbelievable buying opportunity, IMO

We are waiting bank rearrange debt so it should be ok to get back. RNS show that they got 56 millions back log for 2024. That is good sign for recovery this share this year. Hold it for 6 months and come bach to see how high it can go.
Why would someone but this? Why would the management and operating leadership who own circa 30% sell at less than £2?
Not going to happen.
This is a Buy because the leadership will turn margin around, back to 12%+, grow organically, and return to a multiple of 10x EV/EBITDA, IMO.
He made it up. Although, what do we think buy price would be if this were a target?
Zwartkops
Where did you hear that takeover stuff?
Or did you just make it up?
CHINESE TAKE OVER
that's me done bye
Sorry, wrong board
