Back after a lovely birthday weekend away with the wife and I see that while the rest of Britain was waking up to a beautiful sunny Saturday morning, THE_CHAIN was on here at 0723 having a pop at me and it seems I was living rent free in his head all weekend. Yet apparently I am the sad and bitter one.
So what of yesterday’s announcement? Well the share price action tells you all you need to know. The hype and golden ticket buying from the telegram mugs quickly dissipated.
PROPOSED sale (my emphasis).
Heads of terms (not the actual agreement).
Subject to due diligence and conditions precedent.
Shares held in escrow till next year.
All share consideration – sale to one illiquid shell for shares in another illiquid shell. Whatever is supporting the CRML share price it sure ain’t proven assets.
So no potential benefit to the company until at least next year, only the costs of completing the deal, and you’d better hope the CRML related party bunco isn’t rumbled between now and then.
In short, an opaque related party deal by a company that specialises in opaque related party deals. No wonder the market practically ignored it.
Of course it’s all a distraction. Don’t look here, look over there – the quickness of the hand deceives the eye!
As a reminder.
No TFS
No RTO prospectus (in fact this agreement will necessitate another rewrite and submission of the draft prospectus)
No commercial update
No meaningful activity at Wolverhampton on the DJ Audits video
No date for resumption at Tipton
In short nothing promised actually delivered.
All while the big round million sells continue.
90k Ouch, yeah I'm down 3k but I put in rougly 4 and half in comparison it's small but for me 4.5k is a lot for me, poor trying to make a little fortune and I thought I'd try investing..
I really hope for you and me and all people who have invested in this to see some money back.
I suppose we just have to be more patient.
Fingers crossed. Hopefully sometime soon.. we waited long enough we deserve it.
We're all entitled to an opinion regardless of size of investment, however, what are you saying @strichen_loon? How is all this settling with you? I would be interested in your average, of course I will understand if you do not wish to say. Either way I wish you both well.

Newinvestments, only £3k?? Add £90k to that and you'll have my losses.
@NewInvestments,
I'm sorry to inform you that your application to the "ole boys club" has been refused due to your comments not echoing those of the fellow members. You may apply again, when the comments uniformally mirror those of a Ramper.
Then hold till your plus 3k, it's kinda how this works. 3 years is nothing in terms of a company start up, there not selling widgets mate
Cabin share Fever
İf I get out now I loose £3k.
I don't want to loose that much to a bunch of crooks who deliberately drove the share price down.
we're all ****ed off, don't worry. you're in good company!
Do you think you might be better investing in cash ISAs until you have more of a grasp of investing ?
29th Jan
Took advantage of the huge dip to get my average price per share down. Still have faith despite the decline in the share price, it will shoot up again I'm confident.
5th Feb
If you want to invest in something that gives nothing back then TM1 shares are the one for you
16th Feb
I think once the wars stop, trade will resume, the economy recovers and we'll see the tables turn in the stock market.
Imo I think snap up as much as possible because the tables will turn I'm sure.
Today
My advice to anyone and everyone is don't waste time and money in buying any shares.
It's worst than gambling. Seriously you're better off holding on to money,
The markets are corrupted, controlled and manipulated.
I have kept quiet a lot, I'm not bombarding messages everyday. I've been very patient with this investment approaching three years investing and it's got me no where.
Dam straight I'm annoyed.
Sure theres risk, there's also risk putting money on green zero or doing the lottery but the definition of investment is "the action or process of investing money for profit"
Key word profit, I haven't seen any profits yet so really I can say, I have a right to say this has been a poor investment. There's no trolling about it, I'm a concerned share holder watching his investment slowly vanishing.
İt's soo annoying, I don't even like checking the shares anymore cause I just already know before checking it's rock bottom.
"An investment is supposed to give a return with interest". Ever heard the expression that your investment may increase or decrease and your capital may be at risk? Stick to savings accounts if it's too much for you. I'm 50% down at present however my average buying price is just under 1.7p so easily recovered in my opinion. No-one likes losing money but if it's too much then sell out. Otherwise be like the rest of us and hope it'll all work out.
Lol the trolls are out in force this weekend, normally means news on the horizon...
Yeah thanks for robbing our money.
Bunch of crooks.
An investment is supposed to give a return with interest. This company sucks soo much I'd be happy just getting my money back from these crooks.
Bye then 👋 thanks for the contribution, we will take it from here
Robin and Alex having a Sunday roast today and midweek takeaways every week while they have left their share holders 70% in the minus.

Unfortunately we invested in the wrong company with crooks running the show. Out of all the thousands of companies to invest in we gave our money to crooks. Who have failed to give us any return.
Nearly 3 years Ive had money in this company, can't wait to get out of this crap even if it's just getting my money back.
I've lost all hope of the share price ever rising again. Let's face it this share price is stuck between 0.005- 0.01.
Well see my first posts I was the one having a go at ADJ however I can see now that he was right and this is complete dog as the BOD cannot be trusted as never deliver .Why rather not answer some of the Q as it seam you are well informed .
RTO ?this year next year 3024 ? When ?
Until any merger is done and approved with recyclus TM1 shareholders are at risk hitting the ground 0 .
I agree with The_Chain - WKW are you using some obscure version of google translate to convert AJs comments into some form of illiterate ramblings, and then reposting?
We did think it was European to start, but in the last interview Alex clearly states the customer is Asian, as they have the tech to refine blackmass to the highest purity, and no, I don't know yet, as we also have been told the customer will remain un-named until we get the license. You are like a broken version of AJS, quite comical really.
Oh you know its Asian customer that agreed to buy the black mass .Good .which country the customer is based then you should know ?
Ha, check your posts it was European off taker first .
So if you know its Asian can you tell us the country please .Waiting.
Rto? Q1 year 3024 may be.
Any experts here need 1 reason why Tm1 takeover Recyclus did not materialise .Why they had to change to RTO ?Which still on brakes ? You need to dig deeper and check the Recyclus shareholders and even deeper to see the directors appointed and resigned .
Do not be tricked about this is bottom bottom is 0 and the Seller control and have the key for the gates .If they want can bring this down to whatever price suits them .
So what is going to happen when they run out of money ?
Let me jnow if I am wrong or not but looks like TM1 shareholders are paying for developing Recyclus which they do not own not even majority (48%)and they can loose that stake eventually.
Tm1 and recyclus are not same thing as many may assume. Not until takeover .
Wkw, you clearly don't understand the very basics of what the TFS is....
Transfrontier license to ship to a SPECIFIC address, this will be the address of the Asian customer who has agreed to buy our black mass for refining purposes, the TFS will be accompanied with an offtake agreement. So yeah, DYOR, and stop writing these deranged, half witted deramps.
