that second and third plot could sell anytime, i need to top up but want to not stray too far from 0.11, might be impossibl now though
Great- - will be interesting
I'm actually heading back there in October for a family wedding so provided I'm still in I'll go and check it out also :)
no matter - ill fly out to dubai by end of year fingers crossed and if the plot aint sold by then ill go take a look
It was posted on twitter, and there was a general area highlighted. If I remember correctly it was in response to one of veldtspar's tweets on TJI, maybe a week or two ago now?
how can you have seen the specific 3?? wheres the map? I have seen a few maps but cant specificallly target down the plots
Sorry, but does anyone know which plot of land was sold? I remember seeing the three on a map and I'm curious to see which one it was.
from 2015 finals Acquisition of the Company's own shares By virtue of being traded on a stock market, there is always the possibility of the ordinary shares trading at a discount to their Net Asset Value per Share. However, in structuring the Company, the Directors have given detailed consideration to the discount risk and how this may be managed. Conditionally, the Directors have authority to buy back the ordinary shares in issue. There is no present intention to exercise such authority. Any repurchase of ordinary shares will be made subject to BVI law as appropriate and within guidelines established from time to time by the Board (which will take into account the income and cash flow requirements of the Group) and the making and timing of any repurchase will be at the absolute discretion of the Board. Purchases of ordinary shares will only be made through the market for cash at prices below the prevailing Net Asset Value per Share where the Board believes that purchases enhance Shareholder value. During the period under review no ordinary shares were purchased.
NAV was 23 million as of last results. Add 2 million per plot revalued gives 6. 23+6=29 million
I get 1.05 as NAV if other two plots of revalued to price recent plot sold as.
Sorry, meant to say "75% discount to NAV" depending on what value you attribute to Bekon, so at least 65% discount... Will wait for the uodated RNS, this will now be on a few more people's watch list and it seems like LSE has finally fiaxed the missleading mcap issue as well. If only TJI could make this a GBP traded stock and sell those 2 other plots of land now! :-)
Will check details later this pm but current mcap looks to be 7.2mn USD On basis of recent plot sale and cash at Dec 31 2015 - cash is 9.9mn USD NAV as at Dec 31 2015 - on basis of 83.66 US cents - 23mn USD
VOR I'm on the move so prob got this wrong. I thought NAV was circa $20M and we are sat at 7. 75% ?
There is a map around of plot numbers in Arjan, do you know the plot numbers? and also if not, do you know which general direction we are facing on the plot map
Appears on Interactive Investor risers and fallers - on the free access board and also, of course, on level 2. Can buy and sell on line on Interactive Investor too. Quoted in dollars not pence on II - and presumably by all providers.
Agreed Peer, Did you Email them? How did you find the email address btw? They should def. change to a £ listing and we should try and put more pressure on LSE to have them included in the risers and fallers. Btw, at 75% of NAV, this is still an incredible bargain and we will get more updates soon which should cause the SP to keep rerating over the next few months still imo
I have bought a few more at 24c.... I often see this where things have gone up a lot on good news after being down lots there is a lot of selling pressure coupled with illiquidity this has fallen for no reason...
out now, I hope. Top up time soon..
Don't get too greedy. Plenty of room to make a profit and come back later. My position was closed early morning some 230% up - hoping to get back over the coming months once everything's settled down. Well done all and all the best for the future.
Guys I would email the board Alootah at lootahgroup.com I would like to know whether there will be a share buyback vs a dividend. Also can the shares be repriced in GBP which would enable more people to buy the shares without phoning up.
next Wednesday.
trading on interactive investor...
Morning VOF Agreed but there was certainly a flurry of activity in the last 15-20 mins of trading yesterday so shows some are aware of it, certainly expected more action than this first thing. GL
When the dividend or share buyback is announced this will fly again to new heights. Happy to hold for now.
