Nice to see a bit of green in the old portfolio. So much oppurtunity here. Just imagine if they changed the listing to GBP. Just imagine if they did a share buy back or imagine if they offered a dividend. All the above would see a significant increase alone. Then put into the mix the two outstanding plots and this in my opinion is a no brainier GLA!!
Shifty little thing... Upside will be big here
Sells coming in. As expected. I would say try and get in under 0.25 if you are smart. Long term will go a lot higher. But if you play your cards rights you can make an even bigger profit.
sp has come up from a very low base - $0.06 in March - as a result of the sale of the first of those three plots. Share sells currently are very likely to be short term profiteers - selling way too early!
to $0.25 over 10 years. Number of shares has hardly changed over that period - up from 27.6mn to 27.7mn. NAV over that period has decreased by less than 50% ! sp/NAV mismatch or what?
$12 mill minimum cash to come
remmeber everyones - 200% rise from here - target 0.60. Go read Deep Investments blog by Rob Mahan.
showing as 14% up on the Interactive Investor level 2 leader board
shows keeness and good judgement - the next 2 plots could be worth MEGA BUKX
17 May 2016 The Board of Tejoori (AIM:TJI), the Dubai-based Shari'a compliant investment company, announces that the Company has become aware that Mr Mark Campbell Lillingston holds 1,050,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company representing 3.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
not putting on top risers - this was in shares mag as last months top riser
not big deal, still below cash and about $12million of plot sales to come
2 plots $12mill * 1.35 = $16.12 plus $3mill deferred receivable - another $20mill mcap from here plus Directors buys probably incoming possibly. Cuz they ll want to take some cash out. i reckon 200% rise minimum from these levels - target 0.60 on sale of both plots
to rise between 35-50%, The event, which runs from October 2020 to April 2021, is expected to bring 25 million visitors from 180 different countries to Dubai, as the World Expo is hosted in the Middle East for the first time. In addition it’s expected to create 277,000 new jobs. Hosting the event has proven to have a significant impact on the property markets of host cities. Property experts in the region believe that the Dubai property market’s current period of stabilisation is likely to end from next year, and some believe that the Expo will drive property prices in some of the city’s key districts by 35 to 50% in the coming years.
