Whoops :) good timing for me mine was the 14.5K buy first thing. Looks like I may have the midas touch with this one as my £5k buy on the 28th Apr seemed to start the ball rolling as well

No brainier to me this nice little too up this morning. I emailed the CEO yesterday congratulating them on the first sale and asking them if they have explored changing the listing to GBP GLA

Must admit I'm surprised the SP has dropped back so much. Very tempted to top up at current levels. When next plot sells I'd hope to see 0.5 minimum. Hopefully not too far away. GL all holders.

Is pretty irrelevant in this share, as the 2 other plots will be sold eventually, when they do, the sp will rise more dramatically still, the share could also be converted to trade in £ which would help and if money is redistributed after the sale(s), the divi alone should cover a big chunk of one's holding, so one to hold for the long term, just don't pay too much attention to the sp and top up if it goes lower... No brainer. The only caveate I would add is to impose a personal limit seeing as the share is quite illiquid, I have one and will only be topping up up to it, if I had millions to invest, I would certainly be buying up more of the shares and building a larger position though.

Directors hold 16% - this from the annual report to end June 2015. From the May 4th 2016 RNS - "In due course, the Company intends to also return a portion of the cash proceeds from the Disposal to Tejoori's shareholders. Any future return of cash to Tejoori shareholders would be undertaken as a separate transaction to the Disposal." Returning cash to shareholders by share buy back would increase the sp considerably. Directors may prefer that to a special dividend in view of their holdings. Depends partly on whether they are keen to dispose of some of their shares.... Also form the 2015 finals "Purchases of ordinary shares will only be made through the market for cash at prices below the prevailing Net Asset Value per Share where the Board believes that purchases enhance Shareholder value." sp is currently only about 25% of NAV

TJI is 11th on the Interactive Investor level 2 leader board at close of play today - moving back up steadily but this might only be the start of the sp rise because - current mcap is about 7.6mn USD On basis of recent plot sale and cash at Dec 31 2015 - cash is 9.9mn USD NAV as at Dec 31 2015 - on basis of 83.66 US cents - 23mn USD BUT NAV factoring in the rise in plot value as indicated by the sale of the first plot is about 29mn USD
Your right -- also once one goes the others will swiftly follow-- hard to buy shares no stock u can have mine for $2 a pop once all plots are sold.
a second plot may have been sold or in discussion just a suspicion
just please dont sell that second plot before thursday next week
