Residential property prices in Dubai remained stable during the month of April, signalling that the market may be bottoming-out, a new index has found. The monthly ValuStrat Price Index did not decline for the first time in almost two years in April.

two big players both come and coming to Arjan Two of the three projects in JVC will be the next two phases of Gardenia Residency and one will be a high-rise tower. The fourth project will come up in Arjan in Dubailand,” Shaikhani said. The new projects are planned to be completed and handed over by 2020. The total investment in the new projects will stand at Dh2 billion (£375million) , which is in addition to the Dh1.5 billion worth of existing projects, spread in Dubai Sports City (DSC) and Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). “We will deliver three residential towers in DSC and Cambridge Business Centre in DSO in the coming months and will use the funds from these projects to finance our new projects,” he revealed. In March 2016, Dubai announced winners of the three theme pavilions of Expo 2020. The Opportunity Pavilion is being designed by Bjarke Ingels Group; the Mobility Pavilion by Foster + Partners and the Sustainability Pavilion by Grimshaw Architects.

$9.5m in CASH in the bank, 2 more plots worth at least $12m. About to be sold anytime, a potential special divi payback + a 10% stake that is worth another few $m. And yet the mcap is $7m!!! Ever thought about printing money or exchanging £20's for £50's? Well, that's as close as you are ever going to get! Buy, hold, double or triple your money within a year tops imo! PS: this isn't a mining company with potential huge assests than may never make it out of the ground. This is a total no brainer!
Will deliver Patience key - cash is king
on very low volume. Maybe there is a largish order in. Or perhaps a delayed trade will emerge.
yeah I reckon you'd get in lower - maybe even 25% lower just in case a few sells happen - I suspect the larger rns holder is still in profit right now but he's probably waiting for the next two plot sales - not sure but he might be ex Eton college and for all we know got the network to know the plot sales are due soon I also think ramadan could either slow TJI down a bit or will they suddenly accelerate to sign a deal before fasting commences, I think all businesses would slowdown - I have a friend out there who says generally there's lots of sumptuous free feasts put on in the evenings by all the corporates out there so everyone will slow down - might be a good chance to top up during Ramadan if the next plot hadn't been sold already (im no expert just keep running into the world food section at sainsburys!!)
just after the close this pm 25k and 50k at $0.26
May buy in here but I think I'll wait for it to go a little lower.
built a year ago in 2015 During the year, Dubai Properties Group (DPG) signed an agreement with the Roads and Transport Authority, in which the latter would develop roads to the 'Arjan', 'Majan' and 'Liwan' developments.

He is a private investor. How much do you guys hold? I have 0.8% of the company
I don't know if anyone can shed some light on Mark Campbell Lillingston? I have done a little research and it seems he has been a significant shareholder in a few companies across the world.
Reading the below from the last RNS I get the opinion that they are actively seeking the sale of these plots The Arjan Plots were acquired by Tejoori in December 2012 and the final deferred consideration payment in connection the acquisition of the Arjan Plots was made by the Company in February 2014. As per previous announcements, the Company continues to assess its options for the Group's remaining interests in the Arjan Plots. These include the potential sale of the plots, individually or as a whole, to a third party and the Board continues to evaluate the options for the Arjan Plots that would seek to maximise returns for Tejoori shareholders. At this stage, no further agreements have been reached and no other contracts have been exchanged with any third party with regards to the remaining two Arjan Plots, and there is no guarantee that any such agreement will be reached or entered into in the near future
what is the movement in SP telling you - re read the RNS , I have and once one goes the other two will fall -my guess is both together CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP 5 bags minimum
Are they still in talks for the final two plots? Or are they waiting for an approach?
