Happy days for TGP, bullish written all over it. GLA
Still think we get a bid here for 15/20p and with these contracts could be soon . Wind farms in the north sea huge growth story IMO.
Looks like it...
Forgot about this old dog, surprised it's still trading!
Horse S......again..
Another day another rns... still nothing to celebrate
Come on BOD look more exciting US throwing trillions at renewables
Look more perky!
Still good news. But there will be some dilution if they go with the institu. investor. They're throwing up windfarms, and good at it. Covid was just unfortunate for them.
Odd that the SP didn't move if this is such "great news".
What's not to like. I think this is a good result.
'The proposal being considered represents a strategic investment from a global institutional investor in the energy sector, which would provide funding for the Company to follow an ambitious plan for growth, both organically and by acquisition.'
If a better offer comes in during the period of exclusivity then that be looked at:
'The exclusivity period relates only to alternate debt or equity financing proposals and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not prevent an offer being made for the Company by a third party under the framework of the Company's formal sale process.'
What exactly is going on here ? Seems to be taking forever
Make that a £6m mcap Laddy....
I'm almost astounded there have been no director deals since March.
If I was on the board I'd be doing salary sacrifice at these prices. - still the longer it stays down, the longer I can DCA myself.
Good luck biker, quite alot of trades today including a 20k buy earlier. Its been a tough period recently with many other shares in my portfolio down. Lets hope a good offer comes in
I've been bringing my average down here ever since the good news on new contracts in june / july, having done my research there is no way this is a 5m mcap company - directors in much higher as well, fingers crossed and patiently waiting for an update
Things about to get exciting.
£10m
Bottom draw that's going to the tip? You can't win them all....
This is one for the bottom drawer. Still has a lot of potential but has flopped for now.
Just having a read through there websites . Tekmar are looking to hire five people for project engineer - maintenance technician- senior design engineer- design engineer- projects administrator apprentice so all looks fine to me . Trying to buy more but best price I can get is 11.25 need to pay 11 p the most if possible
Agreed 4/5 bagger here looks to me a buyer bought 200000 yesterday at 12.5 and sold 2 x 100 k lots today at 10.6/8 what a way to lose money . Imo tgp is gaining traction now . Good luck and only a few days to august so looking frw to the rns in august . With our old contract we bagged . At these prices we all got a chance and if buy out comes what could it be 20 p? 40 p ? Who knows
This has the potential to accelerate very quickly.
They informed of this on the 8th July , i wonder what the order book is now.
"We are pleased to be announcing this significant contract award, which represents an important strategic milestone as we extend our geographical reach into the Japanese offshore wind market. This contract builds on the encouraging contract momentum we have established, highlighted by the record order book of £20.1m we announced with our first half results and demonstrates how our CPS solution offers superior technical capability and value in de-risking complex subsea engineering projects for the market."
The contract value is for £1.6m and the systems are expected to be delivered through 2022.
We are getting some traction now .
What has happened to Sharebel(lend), constant frantic ramping then when SP falls not a peep?
Could it go again, buys at 11.75p showing as sales. Market not as bullish as when it spiked but if it started to shift again lots of day traders will pile in again for a fast buck
Over the years, I've been one of many idealistic PI who have had their fingers burned in many lame-duck companies, including London and Overseas Freighters, Sirius Minerals. Many have gone on to success, after we PIs have lost most of our money. So I address this with caution. As it happened, I first became aware of the company after reading the Telegraph's recommendation to 'sell'. But I also had unlikely success with Cape, which suffered almost all imaginable woes, including exposure to asbestos (and unwelcome (and unjustified0 mention in the Piper Alpha disaster report. The company manufactured insulating panels, among other thing. The value of that product became evident after Grenfell Towers, and it was taken over as the share price soared. I've previously pointed to the Freeport LNG explosion in the US. Whilst this company has no direct link with that, it highlights the vital importance of safety products. That is why a company finance is not the first consideration in product choice. I know from experience, that large contractors get to know the day-to-day workings of controls suppliers. On one job, working for a controls company in Croydon, the progress chasers from contractor Brown and Root would visit our factory several times a week. They knew what was going on on the shop floor better than many of us in the office. I hope this business succeeds.
