Thanks as always WG for keeping this BB full of useful information...you have the patience of a saint!
I honestly feel SYME is due a re-rate to the the 1-2p range. That latest RNS derisked this investment massively and should see this over 1p.
The market I feel is hesitant due to SYME being a whole new asset class therefore lots of info potentially being misunderstood. Also important to remember it's recently had a 1000%+ rise so people will understandably be cautious about being spiked.
It's clear to me that there is no other share around at the moment that has such good scalability and potential profitability. Hold and be rewarded.
DYOR.
GL all holders.
Nice one WG. I am operating under the impression SYME recieve payments at the beginning of each year of the contract and typical contract is 3 years. Significant differences to calculations based on this stuff. 2 year contract paid in installments is 0.75% profit each year. 3 year contract paid in installments is 0.5% each year.
Makes it harder to calculate P/E ratios. Obviously if payment received in full at the beginning of the contract, then P/E ratio will be lower than if paid in installments.
If upfront then obvs profit is
€60m 2021
€22.5m 2022
€22.5m 2023
€15m 2024
But at least we know what revenue and profit is on the cumulative figure. That doesn't change.
Thank you @Aim2 for challenging and making us all learn more re SYME and the model. Through discussion we can get to the bottom of things and all have a better understanding. It's so new there is a lot we are all learning. I think its the confusion in areas that is a perfect example of why some are still very cautious and others very optimistic.
I've got to crack on this afternoon. If anyone wants to work the different projections/timeframes/renewals etc. Go for it!
Don't forget the EPIC RNS stated finance and clients.
Then there is self funding.
I've got a fairly big email being prepared for investors@supplyme
Each time RNS have come, I've just done workings for them. I haven't yet put it all together yet. My email will be for clarity on what needs to be put together to do that.
In my opinion an important information in the previous day RNS is also that there is an agreement to buy a bank in EUROPE..so it's probable we could have a move in operations in order to avoid the brexit disaster..
Ponkey not sure why you have doubts, no other genuine holder's do. Naturally I was excluding the derampers, trolls and pond life who keep trying their best to run this down which I know you're not one here
It's important that we (all of us) scrutinize each others calculations and projections so that they are more accurate. Too many people are blindly following when they should be doing their own calculations, even if incorrect.
SYME and our CEO are incredibly open. We are getting so much info that we can then do our due diligence. There aren't many companies you can do this with right now.
I'd urge anyone with basic math skills to start making notes and doing calculations. It will benefit you and us all in the long term.
You probably won't ever get an opportunity to learn like this again with a share. Most shares people invest in are because they think it will go up and that's it. SYME is one of the biggest learning curves we will all face.
Hopefully in the next month WG we are going to have a lot more info and figures to pour over.
91 ..just BS
From RNS
which provides a unique, market leading Inventory Monetisation© service to European manufacturing and trading companies, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic agreement ("Agreement") with a leading European Alternative Investment Firm (the "Financial Partner") and SYME's shareholders, 1AF2 S.r.l. and The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. ("Co-investors"), to acquire a bank in Europe (the "Bank").
Note financial partners .. note entered.. past tense
Again same RNS
The impact of the Agreement on the current business plan of Supply@ME is transformational
